Spend the season at Flaggs RV Resort in beautiful southern Maine and you’ll quickly discover why Money magazine rated this area among the top 10 vacation destinations in North America. We offer 20/30/50 amp services to our guests. One may take advantage of the various amount of amenities offered including live entertainment, large gathering area, community fire pit, WiFi and a beach rinse off area to name a few. Just 500 feet from Long Sands Beach, Flaggs is a quiet and friendly camping resort within walking distance to the ocean shore. We’re close to an array of great outlet shopping, a variety of restaurants and York’s Wild Kingdom, the area’s largest zoo and amusement park. Cool ocean breezes and our great location across from Long Sands make Flaggs the perfect ‘second home’ for the season. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Rules

Vehicle Restrictions

1 vehicle (tow vehicle) allowed per site. Please call our office for questions regarding additional parking.

Fire Restrictions

Firewood is not to be brought in from out of state according to Maine state law, however firewood can be purchased as an add-on to your reservation.

Pet Restrictions

Leashed pets are welcomed and must have rabies certificate. Guests with dogs may be asked to leave without a refund if the dog is a disturbance or rules are not followed. Pet fee of $10/day applies. Restrictions include: Pit Bulls, aggressive dogs. 1 pet maximum per site. If you have more than 1 pet please call the office.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within July-August require a 30 day notice for a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled within less than 30 days, the entire cost of the reservation will be forfeited. Cancellations for all other months require a notice of 48 hours for a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled within less than 48 hours, the entire cost of the reservation will be forfeited. All cancellations must be made over the phone.

Just want to reiterate that although the location is great, Nancy and Mike are not! After three years of their constant abuse and their need for power, we are recovering at a beautiful RV resort in Maine with outstanding management and amenities galore. Many former Flagg renters are also here!! If you are willing to bite your tongue because you love the location, at some point you will just move on to escape the crazy atmosphere and ridiculous power the Trahan’s need to fulfill their own insecurities developed in their informative years. How ironic that two individuals who were most likely unpopular growing up bought a campground hoping to make friends, but willing to bully anyone who didn’t want to be their friend! RUN as far as you can!

Location is all that “Flaggs RV Resort” offers!! If you looking for a place to relax and unwind, Flaggs isn’t that place! Don’t let Mike and Nancy’s phony façades fool you. They have no interpersonal skills nor do they have a clue about how to be a host. The park isn’t about the residents it is about Mike and Nancy having complete control and being the center of attention. They run the campground like a detention facility, constantly patrolling the campground and spying on the residence from their balcony. We met some great people during our three-year stay, unfortunately Mike and Nancy are mean spirited bullies who need anger management counseling.
