Holidays and special events have a special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with the campground for details.
RV & Tent Sites: 72 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify the campground by 3 p.m. three days before your scheduled arrival.
Check-In is between 2pm and 9pm. There will be absolutely no check-ins allowed after 10pm. Check-Out is by 10am. Special Arrangements for check-in or check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations made 30 days or MORE before check-in date will incur a $30 processing fee per night, per room. If you need to cancel LESS than 30 days before check-in, but still ahead of that date, we reserve the right to hold you responsible for 50% of your unused reservation. Do let us know as soon as possible... if we can fully or partially rebook the room, we reduce this charge proportionately (to a minimum of a $30 processing fee). We cannot be responsible for weather conditions and other family emergencies that may arise. We dislike charging anyone for the time they are not here – that's not our goal, and maintaining goodwill is important to us as a business. But this is our livelihood, and a late cancellation on a room that has been off the availability chart for a prolonged period of time can often result in the inability to rebook the room. We feel that 50% is a fair burden to both parties for a room left empty. No shows and cancellations within 2 weeks do not allow us any possibility of rebooking the room and have already obligated us to preparation and planning, and thus incur full reservation cost.
As a small B&B, we have a limited number of rooms, so when you make your reservation your room is guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), and the reservation is subject to our cancellation policy below. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy; breakfast is included. Additional guests beyond double occupancy are $25 per person in the hotel style rooms and $40.00 in the Innkeepers house, per night, which also includes breakfast. An advance deposit is required. A reservation that is reserved and held on a single credit card requires a 50% deposit of the total amount. Guests receive an invoice at check-in, at which time payment is due. We prefer cash or check and accept Visa and MasterCard.

Thank you for the review. I'm sorry we didn't have a 50 amp site available when you booked your stay with us we talked about what was available during the booking process. I checked the power at the site and the receptical is wired properly. I'm sorry you had trouble hooking up to the wifi, it does work great for the guests.

Sorry you feel this way ma'am Welcome to Tennessee we're not Arizona... We are not a park on hard times it's beautiful and we do have some Professionals that do stay here a few months like Nurses, GM workers ect. They rather stay in a beautiful park then hotels with their children/ pets. When you made your reservation you did not ask for a 30amp hookup and you got the only site available (one night) and it was a 50amp hookup not 20amp. Most customers have a 30/50amp adapter that they use if you would have only asked the campground host that parked you they would have helped you enjoy your stay. But you choose to leave. Hope you enjoy the rest of the Natchez Trace Parkway.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Our B&B description is on our site that you used to book your stay. The "hotel style" B&B rooms are in the main building not in the house. The rooms are very clean with new mattresses/bedding and breakfast is served freshly cooked daily specially for our guests.

We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. We do not have a camp office since COVID-19. It is clearly stated on the sign at the entrance to call to check in. The camp host checks you in at the entrance, then guides you to your site. Early spring is the wetest season. I apologize if it rained during your stay. We have a good mixture of extended stay guests that are professionals working in the area and nightly/weekly vacationers. The extended stay guests are here for a couple of months then move along. Your vision of what you experienced is not the experience of every other guest. I sure hope you find happiness somewhere else.

We are sorry you were unable to enjoy yourselves during your stay. I know the weather wasn't great. It was windy, cold and snowing with temperature in the teens which is not normal for Tennessee in March. As far as the campsites go the sites are over 50' wide not right on top of each other. There were 4 sites to choose from you choose the site I just fixed the sewer pump station that day and filled in the hole. You complained we didn't have a play set for the kids and we misrepresented the campground on our web site. We've never had a play set here, or pictures of one on our site. We have 30 acres of woods, trails and crystal clear creek to play in with trails up the waterfalls. We have plenty of families that visit regularly and they have a blast. I'm sure if the weather was better your family would have had a great time.

The cabin does have 3 double beds, a double bunk bed and a double bed on the loft (3 full sized beds) as you can see in the pictures. We did provide you with a cot for the extra person. The cabin is set up for a family. The kids really enjoy staying in the loft and that is what it's set up for. A full sized adult will have a problem using the bed in the loft. The clearance in the loft is 2 feet from the top of the mattress. We let everyone know, when they call, the bed over the loft is set up for children. The bugs you seen in the cabin were beetles they are prevalent in the area during the fall. We have the cabin sprayed for bugs regularly. Usually you'll only see dead ones. We've never had a roach. You checked in over 2 hours after closing. You didn't call to let us know you would be checking in late. It's a good thing someone was here to check you in. There was a miscommunication on your reservation and I apologized for that, but you made a reservation on Rover pass then added a day outside of Rover pass and our calendar didn't carry it over. The conversation was 30 minutes at best. The office was closed and the owners weren't at the property at the time. That made confirmation difficult but you were told don't worry we will figure it out in the morning when the office is open, and it was. During your stay you never contacted anyone about your stay. It looked like you had a great time. To ask for a refund after using your entire stay without saying a word makes your review questionable at best.

We are happy enjoyed the area. It is beautiful. As for your experience with Crystal I will speak to her about your stay. I will say it would be the exception to the rule with Crystal. She is accomodating to all of our guests and thier needs and usually goes above and beyond with our guests. The Hotel style B&B rooms in the main building have brand new matresses, pillows, linens and flooring. We recieve a 100% on evey state inspection and my wife and I regularly inspect the rooms to be sure they meet our expectations. The door to main build has a lock on it, all you have to do is lock the handle. We do not allow bicycles in the rooms. The handle bars mark up the walls and the chains drip oil on the carpet. We store all the bikes in the main building completly secured. I hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Thank you for the great review. It was an awesome weekend with the "let's take a ride" dual sport sport rally. It was a great turn out. Sorry about the confusion with sites it was late at night, we are always trying to make sure our guests enjoy their stay. We look forward to seeing you guys again.

You obviously have a different opinion then everyone else that stays with us. The bathouse consists of 4 individual private bathrooms, each one has a toilet, sink and shower. They are not community style. 2 of the bathrooms are 19'x10'. The other 2 are smaller 12'x6'. Our camp host cleans them everyday at 10:00 am and maintains throughout the day. The wifi in the park is satilite internet and it's not the fastest and it is shared throughout the park. It is the only option available. As soon as a better option is available we will make it available.

I'm sorry that's the impression you got during your stay. We do have professionals that work in the area (pipeline workers, nurses, construction professionals) and they would rather stay at a beautiful campground while they are out of market away from home and family. They usually stay 2-3 months while working in the area. My wife and I work tirelessly to make Fall Hollow Resort a beautiful park for "everyone" to enjoy.

We're so happy you enjoyed your stay at the park. Because we were booked for the time you here, you were in our overnight pull through site. We are glad you were able to take advantage of all the great things to do while you were at the park. Because the park was full the WiFi is going to be hard to use. I use verizon in the park everyday.
