Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days or MORE before check-in date will incur a $30 processing fee per night, per room. If you need to cancel LESS than 30 days before check-in, but still ahead of that date, we reserve the right to hold you responsible for 50% of your unused reservation. Do let us know as soon as possible... if we can fully or partially rebook the room, we reduce this charge proportionately (to a minimum of a $30 processing fee). We cannot be responsible for weather conditions and other family emergencies that may arise. We dislike charging anyone for the time they are not here – that's not our goal, and maintaining goodwill is important to us as a business. But this is our livelihood, and a late cancellation on a room that has been off the availability chart for a prolonged period of time can often result in the inability to rebook the room. We feel that 50% is a fair burden to both parties for a room left empty. No shows and cancellations within 2 weeks do not allow us any possibility of rebooking the room and have already obligated us to preparation and planning, and thus incur full reservation cost.

Holidays and Special Events

Holidays and special events have a special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with the campground for details.

RV and Tent Sites

RV & Tent Sites: 72 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify the campground by 3 p.m. three days before your scheduled arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In is between 2pm and 9pm. There will be absolutely no check-ins allowed after 10pm. Check-Out is by 10am. Special Arrangements for check-in or check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the time the reservation is made.

Reservations and Payments

As a small B&B, we have a limited number of rooms, so when you make your reservation your room is guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), and the reservation is subject to our cancellation policy below. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy; breakfast is included. Additional guests beyond double occupancy are $25 per person in the hotel style rooms and $40.00 in the Innkeepers house, per night, which also includes breakfast. An advance deposit is required. A reservation that is reserved and held on a single credit card requires a 50% deposit of the total amount. Guests receive an invoice at check-in, at which time payment is due. We prefer cash or check and accept Visa and MasterCard.

As a tent camper this place is a dream! I’m sure for RVs it’s great too but being tucked away down by the river is absolutely magic. You can swim and fish, there’s fire pits, showers/toilets at the top of the grounds by the RV area...but down the road to the tent sites is just like another world! It’s magical! There’s also a short walk through more Forrest magic to the waterfall! I wish we could have stayed a week! Highly recommend. And Noel, the owner who checked us in was so kind, helpful, and awesome!

Campground Response

Thank you for the awesome review Noelle!! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us on your cross country tour. We hope you can find your way back to stay with us again. Travel safe and keep smiling!

Very good family getaway. Lots of great smallmouth fishing in the creek. Natchez Trace is just around the corner and my children had fun exploring the waterfalls there. Great family atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review. Please come back and see us again!!

overall campground was nice. quiet. Bath house seemed nice, we didn't use due to covid. River spots were nice to fish and swim at. Adventure hike to get to a waterfall was fun with kids. owner was very accommodating as we added stays by the day, we were just going with the flow of things. Would be nice if could fix the layout of hook ups though, didn't enjoy having to walk around my camper to enjoy my spot. my door opened up to the back of other camper, and yes we couldn't get any signal for wi fi that was offered and my verizon cell service did not get signal there.

Campground Response

We're so happy you enjoyed your stay at the park. Because we were booked for the time you here, you were in our overnight pull through site. We are glad you were able to take advantage of all the great things to do while you were at the park. Because the park was full the WiFi is going to be hard to use. I use verizon in the park everyday.

The room was very nice, but getting from room to outdoors was pretty gross, as we had to walk through a grimy, unused kitchen area, with a filthy greasy door to open/close. The second night, at 4 a.m., we were awakened to the floodlights of an RV, that for some reason was allowed to park in front of our room windows. When we complained the next day, we were told, "what can I do about it?" Other than these things, the creek was relaxing and picturesque. I will go to the area again, but stay somewhere else.

Campground Response

We are glad you enjoyed your room and property with the walking trails and Creek enjoying early check in and late check out. I apologized for the experience with the flood lights. The black out curtains only work if they are closed but the guests in the 5th wheel camper staying in the parking lot was an extreme situation they were left with no place to camp after their softball game for their kids (all the sites in campground we're booked). We do our best to accommodate our guests. The commercial kitchen is no longer used for the restaurant but we do use it for all of our B&B guests for GREAT breakfasts, although you opted not to enjoy breakfast with us. The kitchen is far from greasy we get a 100 score from Tennessee health department every inspection we've ever had. Paint ware is not grease.

Great family environment with short walk to bath house. Plenty of places to spend by the water and a hiking trail to the nearby waterfall. I recommend this campground!

Place was great ! It was quite, had walking trails for you to go on with your animals and kids . Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the camp ground sits in a hole and you get no cell signal witch is fine if you on vacation but I was there for work . And the WiFi was very weak . Other then that it was great

Campground Response

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. Come back and see us again.

Overall the campground is really nice. Easy access and near some good hiking areas. There is WiFi available but it is very slow or it does not work in center areas of the campground. The bathrooms are clean and private. I would just beef up the WiFi.

Campground Response

Thank you for review nice Andrew. We are out in the country and the only internet we can get is satillite internet which is slower than almost all other internets but its the only option we have here. as soon as a better option becomes available you can be sure we will get it for our guests.

We needed a place where we could stay for a family funeral. We camped and they were able to accommodate my son and his family in one of their nice rooms. Nice sized, level sites. Easy set up of our camper. It was nice being able to stay close to town for the funeral and have my kids near by us.

Campground Response

Thank you Kathy, We are happy we were able to accomodate your family. Please come back and see us under better circumstanses next time. We appreciate your business and have a safe trip. Noel & Sheri

We stayed here our first night after cycling from Nashville on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was in the restaurant building, pretty simple and basic. We did not meet anyone until breakfast the next morning, as no one was around when we arrived around 5:30 pm. I had received a call around 3:30 to say that they had to go into town for a while, but we would get checked in when they returned, and there would be directions to our room. We followed a series of sticky notes through a back door and storage area to our room and bike storage. I had thought I read somewhere that we could get a ride into town for food, but I left a message on the office number asking about a possible ride around 6:45, and didn’t get a reply, and I couldn’t find any food delivery after searching by phone, so due to misunderstanding that situation, we had granola bars and water for dinner. Breakfast was good, though, and we started our second day cycling south on the Trace with full bellies.

Campground Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review they can be very helpful for everyone. When making a reservation with special needs an advanced notice is appreciated. We have no way of knowing the mode of transportation or any food needs other then breakfast. Either a note in the reservation at the time of booking or a phone call to make us aware helps us to better cater to your needs. We are happy you were able to enjoy yourselves and would love the opportunity to be your host again. Thank you Noel & Sheri

We enjoyed the B&B while biking the Natchez Trace and it was a perfect end to our first day ride. Noel and Sharri were very hospitable and helpful, driving us to town to pick up dinner and with conversation over breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient for us!

Campground Response

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We hope your trip was everything you hoped it would be. Come back and see us again.

We absolutely loved it! We loved being right by the creek. We were at Beach 2. It would have been nice to hear the creek during the night but the cicadas were too loud. LOL! The only thing that I would change is to have a closer bathroom, even if it's just toilet and sink.

Campground Response

We are happy you enjoyed your stay. Please come back and see us again. I'll talk to the cicadas about keeping it down lol.

We were there for just one night and received a warm welcome from the owner. Wonderful bathrooms: shower, toilet, sink all together which is a plus. Good WiFi. A creek to paddle in, private spaces to camp. Quiet night. Perfect for camping. Immediately off the Nachez Trail Parkway which was excellent after cycling almost 50 miles. Thank you. 😀

Campground Response

Thank you Lars! We enjoyed having you as our guests. come see us again when you can stay a little longer..

Nice, peaceful, quiet, no frills campground. No city noise's like, sirens, jets planes, heavy traffic or trains. We stayed 8 days to visit with friends and catch some relaxation. NOT disappointed. Nice spacious lots, well kept. If you are looking for a resort you will be disappointed because there are no amenities ie: swimming pool, club house, laundry facilities, cable TV, park activities and sketchy internet. BUT,, there is a running creek for tubing, kayaking, hiking and fishing. Owner and camp host very friendly and obliging to any needs or problems.... Would I come back???? You bet I would and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway.

Campground Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review. I really enjoyed talking with you at your camper (love the hat!!). I hope you able to find enough things to do from the list I gave you. We really enjoyed having you as a guest. Thank you for choosing Fall Hollow Resort and we look forward to seeing you again while you spend your children's inheritance lol Sincerely Noel, Sheri, Tony & Julie

My husband and I stayed one night at the campground. The owners were very friendly. We had a site by the creek. It was not the spot we wanted but the site we stayed at was better. We had our family pet with us. The camp was pet friendly. We were not ready to leave! We will be staying every time we come down! Hopefully next time we will be able to stay longer!

Campground Response

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Come back anytime!!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights in April of 2019 with our 32 foot travel trailer. The spot was nice and flat. We were down by the beaches and across from an open field. Campground was clean and quiet. Best part - the owners and camp hosts! The owner drove us up the river to launch our kayaks and we had a blast! Great hiking, biking and kayaking in the area. Prime location! Would stay again!

Campground Response

Thank you Selena for great review!! We were happy to have your family stay us. Come back and see us anytime!!
