RV and Tent Sites

RV & Tent Sites: 72 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify the campground by 3 p.m. three days before your scheduled arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In is between 2pm and 9pm. There will be absolutely no check-ins allowed after 10pm. Check-Out is by 10am. Special Arrangements for check-in or check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days or MORE before check-in date will incur a $30 processing fee per night, per room. If you need to cancel LESS than 30 days before check-in, but still ahead of that date, we reserve the right to hold you responsible for 50% of your unused reservation. Do let us know as soon as possible... if we can fully or partially rebook the room, we reduce this charge proportionately (to a minimum of a $30 processing fee). We cannot be responsible for weather conditions and other family emergencies that may arise. We dislike charging anyone for the time they are not here – that's not our goal, and maintaining goodwill is important to us as a business. But this is our livelihood, and a late cancellation on a room that has been off the availability chart for a prolonged period of time can often result in the inability to rebook the room. We feel that 50% is a fair burden to both parties for a room left empty. No shows and cancellations within 2 weeks do not allow us any possibility of rebooking the room and have already obligated us to preparation and planning, and thus incur full reservation cost.

Reservations and Payments

As a small B&B, we have a limited number of rooms, so when you make your reservation your room is guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), and the reservation is subject to our cancellation policy below. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy; breakfast is included. Additional guests beyond double occupancy are $25 per person in the hotel style rooms and $40.00 in the Innkeepers house, per night, which also includes breakfast. An advance deposit is required. A reservation that is reserved and held on a single credit card requires a 50% deposit of the total amount. Guests receive an invoice at check-in, at which time payment is due. We prefer cash or check and accept Visa and MasterCard.

B&B room was very nice. Laura, the host, was as accommodating as it gets. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had dinner and breakfast.

Campground Response

Thank you so much for the great review we're so happy you enjoyed your stay... Laura is a amazing host. Have a safe and wonderful trip.

Very friendly staff that welcomed us and guided us to our site. Nice sites and a river runs through the beautiful grounds.. internet was not working great and the host was quick to try ro run diagnostics but we left before we could verify it performance. I am sure they will figure it out. A lot of full timers but a great quiet campground and clean facilities

Campground Response

Thank you so much for the great review Mike we do appreciate it. Come back and see us again 😊. Safe travels.

We had a great site in the back of the campground near the creek. The electric, water and sewer services were excellent. Spaces were wide enough and there was plenty of parking space. Mona, the camp host was wonderful and available. The only reason I give this park a 4 rating is the facilities are outdated and some of the seasonal or permanent sites are not being kept up. The area is beautiful and is conveniently located to Natchez Trace Parkway and shopping in Hohenwald. We would stay there again if we could get the same site.

Campground Response

Thank you so much for the great review! We're so happy you enjoyed your stay please come back and see us again!

Loved my campsite, Creekside 1. It would have been nice to know that the restaurant was closed. I was there for a very short time and planned to eat dinner at the restaurant. I had to drive to town to get dinner.

Campground Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great rating and review. I'm sorry the restaurant has been closed for 5 years. We tried to remove the restaurant from everywhere. I'm not sure where the information still is.

The setting is quiet and close to the Natchez trace parkway. We stayed in the bnb room which was clean and comfortable. We would have Liked a microwave to warm up food and water for tea and coffee. The camp host, Mona, was delightful! Super friendly and we appreciated her cooking breakfast a bit early so we could head out for the day. If looking for peaceful place to rest your traveling bones, I highly rec this place.

Campground Response

Thank you for the great review! We look forward to seeing you again.

The Campground is conveniently located right off of the Trace. The bathhouses are private and very clean. This is a very nice setup. Check in was quick and easy. Mona the host was terrific and very hospitable.. She took me into town to buy some food. I would not call this place a resort though. There are no food or drink purchase options available at all. A few vending machines are needed as a minimum. I stayed in the electric cabin and enjoyed it very much.

Campground Response

Thank you for the great review.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! We are a family of 5 and have 3 kiddos ages 13,12 and almost 4. We walked and biked the trails and creek (which were pristine and spring fed!) We’re an adventurous little crew so we followed a spot in the creek that led us to two beautiful waterfalls that we were able to get in and take some great pictures at! I loved this place so much I ALMOST didn’t leave a review because I enjoyed the quite and solitude but everyone deserves to see this! The camp hosts were great as well. Mona could always be found driving the cart around to check on others, quick to stop and help whenever we waved her down ❤️ I gave Fall Hollow 5 stars but I believe it’s a solid 10!!

Campground Response

Thank you for the great review! We are so happy you able to enjoy the whole park. The hike to the waterfalls is an awesome adventure most people pass on ( I don't know why). Mona commented to us how much fun your family was having when she would pass by. Please come back and see us again. Noel, Sheri & Mona

Outstanding place!! We had Beach 2 and it was incredible. Right by the creek. 3 of us slept in hammocks to the sound of the flowing water. It was outstanding!!!

Great location for my trip. Cabin is very basic, right next to the bath house so convenient there. I stayed with an overnight temp of 28 and was absolutely freezing despite the heater placed in the cabin running prior to my arrival and wearing 2 layers of clothing and 2 blankets. Otherwise it met my needs for my trip.

Stayed here for one night while on the Natchez Trace Parkway. The campground is conveniently located next to the parkway. We were lucky to be assigned a flat campsite. We have a class B RV. It was quiet at night. Most of the campers there appeared to be full-timers. My only negative comment: the bathrooms were filthy.

Campground Response

We are glad you enjoyed the campground and we are very sorry you had a bad experience in the bathhouse. Be sure that is not the norm at Fall Hollow. Our staff works diligently to keep the grounds/bathhouse clean and ready for our guests. Please come back and see us again I'm sure you'll have a different bathhouse experience.

Avoid this place at all cost, Wi-Fi doesn't work, no restaurant, no laundry. There was a mud hole at my door, they would no fill in and camp host wanted me to pay to have it fill, monthly they want you to cut the grass. Had to take my camper for repair, my rent was paid, the host put someone in my space while I was gone. The owner wants you credit card number with the code so he quoted " I can charge any amount I want to for damages". The day the rent is due, they want it by 12:00, or they will charge you a daily rate until you pay, I was working in the area and did not get in until around 6:00 pm, no way to treat people.

Campground Response

The wifi at the park is great and it's complementary. Many of our guests use the wifi to stream their favorite TV shows and movies. There is not a mud hole at any site. We do require a credit card on file for monthly guests. We've had guests break spigots and damage electrical pedestals. Our monthly guests are required to maintain the grass on their site. There is a mower provided by the campground. We cannot take the industrial mower between the campers, if it kicks up a rock it could do considerable damage. The camp host also offers to cut grass if you don't want to cut your own for a fee. Your rent is due by noon on your due date or you should be checked out. If you are at work during the day you pay the night before. You know if you're staying we don't. All customers are made aware of the policy. Your rent was paid but you were asked to leave the park 1 week before the end of your month because of your rude and nasty behavior towards the camp host and not following the policies of the park, And when you left you put locks on the pedestal boxes. Other campground should avoid you.

Crystal was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our time and trailer spacing was sufficient at a time when many parks are jamming too many together. Thanks for everything

Campground Response

Thank you so much for the great review, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay! Crystal is a great asset to our campground. Safe travels and happy retirement.

Pros: Nice place. Across the highway from Natchez Trace. A few miles from town. Easy to check in and out. Cons: Too close to the highway. Could not log into the WiFi with the given password. Neutral and Ground reversed at my site.

Campground Response

Thank you for the review. I'm sorry we didn't have a 50 amp site available when you booked your stay with us we talked about what was available during the booking process. I checked the power at the site and the receptical is wired properly. I'm sorry you had trouble hooking up to the wifi, it does work great for the guests.

Great place to camp for weekend. There are a lot of local options to hike and site see. The space we were in did not lend itself to staying comfortably outside. There were lots of river rocks and walnuts, therefore, it made it difficult to walk to trailer, let alone put out rug and chairs. We also did not have a fire ring, nor a picnic table like the other sites. The camp host was very accommodating.

Campground Response

Hi Kelly, Thank you for the nice review. We're happy you found some of the great things to do here. If you would've just asked the camp host she would've been more then happy to bring a table and fire ring. Please come back soon.

This is mostly a residential park now on tough times. It was quiet at night during midweek. Our sight was a unlevwl back end with only 20 amps, though I reserved a 30 Amp pull though. Neighbors were nice. Located by the Little Swan Creek.

Campground Response

Sorry you feel this way ma'am Welcome to Tennessee we're not Arizona... We are not a park on hard times it's beautiful and we do have some Professionals that do stay here a few months like Nurses, GM workers ect. They rather stay in a beautiful park then hotels with their children/ pets. When you made your reservation you did not ask for a 30amp hookup and you got the only site available (one night) and it was a 50amp hookup not 20amp. Most customers have a 30/50amp adapter that they use if you would have only asked the campground host that parked you they would have helped you enjoy your stay. But you choose to leave. Hope you enjoy the rest of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
