Enumclaw Expo Center RV Campground is located in Enumclaw, Washington, smack dab up against the foothills of Mt. Rainier.  The park sits on a portion of the 72 acres of the King County Fair Grounds, which is administered by the Enumclaw EXPO & Events Association with offices on-site. It features 27 paved campsites that have water and electric hookups and are big rig friendly. The park allows pets and provides free WiFi when available.  Since we do not offer sewer hook ups, we are a short term campground.  The closest dump station is about one mile away.  We do have nightly rates and a weekly rate.

PLEASE NOTE:  The booking office is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.  If you make a reservation request outside these hours, we will not be able to answer that request until the next business day and time.

Amenities & Activities

Campsite amenities offered include a playground, picnic tables, and LIMITED fire circles. Campers have access to restrooms and hot showers, on the fair grounds. Visitors can enjoy nearby activities at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, and hiking trails in Mt Rainier National Park.  The Chinook Scenic Byway (closed in the winter) starts at the edge of Enumclaw and travels up and over Chinook Pass to the eastern side of Washington State.   Depending on the time of year, you are there, the Expo Center has activities going on, such as King County Fair (July), Wine & Chocolate Festival (February), Annual Craft Festival (November), various dog shows and numerous music festivals.  You can check the EXPO website (www.enumclawexpo.com) to see a calendar of events.

Quiet,Clean,Well Kept....Lack of sewer hook-up or dump station doesn't bother me at all... I have been there 4 times and will go back... Noise from sporting events is minimal and you can watch through the fence for free...

Neat and clean, but basic with no sewer connections available or a dump on site, couldn't get a connection to the WiFi, no laundry. Very disappointing compared with other sites at similar price

Excellent location right next to the Enumclaw Expo center. We will definitely be staying again!

The campground was well kept and clean, however there was no signage as to where we were going and absolutely nothing to indicate that it was located directly behind the Enumclaw High School football stadium. We showed up on Friday night and stayed through Sunday for a concert and the lights were bright until about midnight Friday. Then Saturday morning at 7:30 we were woken up by screaming children having their football practice on the field so not the most restful experience. No bathrooms, just a Honey Bucket, but very nice people and again very well maintained.

Very nice park with nice, wide, open spaces! Everything was well organized. When we arrived, the camp host was closed for the evening, but they left a reserved sign with our name on it at our site. The spaces are easy to get in and out of. Plenty of room for your awning and outdoor chairs. We were in town for a concert which also happened to be the same weekend as the pro rodeo at the Fair grounds. This park also is next door to the soccer fields. Not the quietest with it being by the event center and ball park. But still a perfect place to stay if you are attending something near by.

While the RV park was nicely paved with reasonable sites this park does not come with working bathrooms or sewer/dumping. I am not good with using portable outdoor toilets. There also no laundry or shower facilities . The host was very nice, everything was well organized.

Nice, clean, safe place to set up my tent next to the venue for the NW Western Swing Festival. The host was pleasant. Enjoyed.

Nice place, needs better lawn care. Priced high for not having sewage at the sites or a dump station there. Rover pass charges are high for what they do.

I really don't want to give a low rating because the park itself was nice. I found this rv park through my rvparky.com app.. I reserved a site (after figuring out what the differences between white, blue.and red were besides the price difference.. The form was detailed and when i finally finished, i discovered it was just a request for approval to camp at their campground.. I would receive an answer within 24 hours.. Too late--we were there so we just picked a site that didnt say reserved and hoped we didnt have to move.. The big complaint i have is then discovering that i had to pay Roverpass $9 for their services--what the heck? I didnt even use them! Ripoff to me.. Campground was fine--paved, even some trees.. Didnt check bathrooms.. No sewer or dump but there are a couple E close by in town.. Just 100% irritated by the unexpected roverpass charge--didnt ask if i wanted to join or tell me what it was.. But it didnt hesitate to tack on $9. Without roverpass i would give the park a 5

We were very satisfied. Beautiful area, close to everything, camp hosts on site everyday to help. Clean and quiet. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because there is no sewer or dump station.

We were very happy with #26 site. The campground was clean, tidy, hosts were very helpful. We were in a tent and we haven’t camped in 30 years. It has created a renewed love of camping. We are already planning our next trip, closer to home in Canada. Thank you for a great experience!

Stayed 3 nights. Great smaller RV/campround. I have a 40' Class A with a toad and had no problem fitting into space. Campground host was "off duty" during my entire stay but I didn't have any issues (I assumed it was a well deserved break during the fair). My site was clearly marked upon my arrival and we enjoyed our stay. Marked off one star also for lack of sewer to sites or a dump station nearby.

Stayed here 4 nights for a local event. The site was great, in the NE corner tucked up next to the trees. Good pavement and grass, and lots of areas to walk the dogs. The fair was on while we were there and there was noise from that, but not bad IMO. Restrooms are part of the fair agricultural buildings and are a good hike down in the fairgrounds. Though restrooms were listed as available in the cg description, they were technically closed the weekend we were there if you didn't pay admission to the fair. We sweet-talked the FFA student at the gate into letting us in. Not too great--shared by all the FFA students and others. But there is a portapotty or two at the cg itself, which works if you are self-contained. Given what's available in the area as far as motels and campgrounds, I'm giving it 5 stars since it was clean and tidy, but consider the restroom proximity if you don't want to hike and maybe take off some demerits for that :-) I will stay again, especially if Kanasket Palmer is full.

It’s a very nice quiet place. Tucked in behind the Expo Center/fairgrounds it is very handy for us to stay at while visiting family in the area. We stayed the week before the fair so there was activity going on but it was not bothersome. For the area it is one of the less expensive places to stay. I would recommend staying here to others.

The 18 wheeler trailers are really a distraction from an otherwise beautiful park. Having sewer hook ups for the cost of the park would be appropriate.

Small, quiet, park was tucked back in behind Expo Center. Stayed 8 days, was very easy to visit with family in area.. WiFi was none existent, tried several times throughout week stay.. Enumclaw city must not have a noise ordinance There was a birthday party, up front in rented building , with loud music until 1:00 AM.. If ever back in town , We would stay here again.

It was easy to locate. A nice, quiet, clean park with a helpful grounds host. It was close to great coffee, stores, and restaurants. And it was easy for us to go visit family in the area and have a nice place to come back to.

It was tidy, and relatively quiet. Another washroom would be nice, and showers even better. Served the purpose of my travel being so close to the dog show venue, and handy to good coffee and the Greek food truck:))

An extra restroom would be nice. Other than that, is was nice. My neighbor was friendly and helped set up my tent. At night it was quiet.

I would rate it higher IF the Sooooo called camp host had his act together and told some folks that were partying until after midnight, on Sat. night May 19 2018, to stop because QUIET time was 10pm.....

I love this campground! The camp hosts are so very nice and helpful. I have stayed here many times over the past year and have always had a great experience. Very close to all the events at the Enumclaw Expo and opportunities to get out in nature! Wish I could live there!

It was a perfect location for our baseball tournament, quick to fields and close to everything in town. Grounds are immaculately kept and Camp Hosts were VERY nice and accommodating. Perfect for short stay for us (but sewer hookups would be nice addition for longer stays).

My dogs were attacked by an off leash German Shepherd that was then off leash Three more times that I saw in my short stay. Camp hosts were not there until the day I left and told me it had also attacked his cat. Fairgrounds clerk "didn't want to talk about it" and said my on leash dogs were aggressive. Have no idea what she thought they should have done instead of defending themselves! I left 5 days into a scheduled 14 day stay and not only will I never be back, I will tell my RV friends not to go either.
