Amenities and Activities
Travelers can take advantage of plenty of great activities near the campground. Some camper favorites include: kayaking, cruising, hiking, biking, canoeing, orchard tours, paddle boarding and horseback riding. Plus, there's plenty of opportunities for sunset viewing and stargazing. Amenities at the park include: card games and puzzles, pool access, pool tables, shuffleboard, putting room, fitness room, patios, recreation room and full hookups.

Rules
General Policies
1. A minimum of 1,000 sq. ft. of brick paving 2. Basic cable with options to upgrade to HSD. 3. Full access to resort amenities and activities 4. Full hookups (water, sewer, and electric* 30/50/100 amp) 5. Complimentary Margarita Monday’s Poolside 6. Wednesday Cabana cook outs, enjoy a burger or brat poolside with friends. *Electric included for stays less than one calendar month. Stays that exceed this length require a $100 electric deposit. Policies 7. Check-in is 2:00 p.m. Check-out is 1:00 p.m. 8. Pets with shots info welcome on RV sites (max 2). 9. No tent camping, pop-ups, or ATV’s. 10. All guests must be registered and must comply with resort rules and regulations. Payments: 11. All daily, weekly and monthly reservations must be paid in full at time of booking a reservation 12. All winter specials require 50% down at time of booking. Balance and $150 electric deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. 13. All reservations are subject to 11% tax. Cancellations: 14.Exchanges must be arranged before check-in date and is based on availability. 15. No refunds or credits for early departures. Special circumstances reviewed on an individual basis.
