Located in Pisgah National Forest - 125 site campground is primary dry camping with limited electric sites. Campsites are nicely spaced with a wide variety of back in and pull through sites. The location is outstanding if you like to hike, motorcycle, float, or swim in creeks. Sliding Rock swimming hole is 7 miles away and features a fun filled slide down the creek rocks into a pool of water. The Cradle of Forestry museum is also nearby and is worth a visit. The area is known for it's many waterfalls. DuPont State Forest offers many waterfall hikes. You can fill your water tank at the dump station. Electric sites can be reserved.
