1. Cancellation notice of 30 days prior to arrival is required. Your prepayment will be refunded less a 20% processing fee (minimum $50). 2. ALL ARRIVALS AND CHECK-IN DECEMBER-APRIL MUST BE MADE DURING RENTAL OFFICE HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY 9am to 4pm & SAT-SUN 11am to 3pm. SPECIAL SITUATION CHECK-IN ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE WITH OFFICE! 3. CHECK-OUT IS BY 11AM 4. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN PARK MODELS RENTALS 5. ALL RV VEHICLES AND TRAILERS, ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PADS FOR THEIR “JACKS”
