The campground was quiet. There was not an office or anyone there to help you. We were assigned a site online and we had to find it ourselves. As far as we were aware no one checked to see if we were supposed to be there. The site had garbage on the table and in the fire pit. We pulled through our site on sandy roads with the shade of a few trees. All of the other campers were seasonal/longterm. Okay for a single night.

Thank you Country Quiet Campground. I took a group of high school students(10) and stayed in the cabins for a night. We planned our activities for the year for our FFA. It was awesome! We could do leadership activities outside, the lake for swimming was just down the road with sand volleyball. We had a campfire that night. We plan on going back next year.

We have stayed here several times for family events. The updates to the campground by newer owners are great. However, just basic cleaning of bathrooms/showers is needed. Also not taking care of stumps of cut trees presents a safety hazard as well as when you’re trying to set up your camper and don’t see the stumps could cause damage to your vehicle/camper.

We did not have picnic table at the campsite. There was always one in the past.

For what it is, it's a nice place. Clean, friendly atmosphere at an affordable rate. What it isn't is "Quiet". Unless constant golf cart traffic, including an impromptu parade with a blaring karaoke machine, constant kids on bikes playing, etc. is your idea of quiet. Don't get me wrong, these people were fun and friendly, never obnoxious. But it was also almost never quiet. More traffic than the main drag of a busy suburb here in the Cities. They also need to add amenities since they do not have their own access to a lake, river, trail system, park, etc. (FYI, the local park down the street does have a great beach, but they don't allow dogs - not the campground's fault)

Pretty place, staff very friendly, did think the overnight sites need some work dangerous to walk around as are very unlevel.

We were very disappointed, when we arrived they attempted to mow the site but didn’t bother to move the picnic table which had long grass around it. The picnic table was broken and one bench rotted off. I called the office to let them know about the picnic table as our neighbor said we could use theirs. The told me to just move it to the side so we shared our campsite with a rotten picnic table all weekend. The brush pile was across the street from us and seasonal campers were hauling brush their all weekend. Garbage dumpster overflowing when we arrived Friday early afternoon. We will not return
