Rules

VISITOR POLICY

NO VISITORS ALLOWED. We may make exceptions on an individual basis. Check with the Office. Because we have so many fun things to do and because we are so near the Dreams Park, we ended up a big "party" place. It was not fun... so we no longer allow visitors. We are very strict about our visitor policy. Only registered overnight guests are allowed on the grounds. We may make exceptions on an individual basis (for example grandparents staying someplace else); please check with the office. Unauthorized Visitors are never allowed. There will be a $20 per person fee for any Unauthorized Visitors or you will forfeit your Security Deposit, whichever is greater. You will be responsible for this fee and it will be added to your bill. Please do not ignore this policy. DREAMS PARK and ALL STAR VILLAGE FAMILIES. Your child and/or spouse who are staying at the Dreams Park or All Star Village are considered part of your family and are not treated as visitors. They may come and go as you please. Your child and/or spouse may enjoy the full use of Beaver Valley facilities including pools, playground, pond, etc. If there will be an additional vehicle, be sure to stop by the office upon arrival to get a car pass. We never allow team parties. If there are team members who are not staying with us, you may not bring them to Beaver Valley. Glimmerglass State Park has facilities for team parties: swimming, covered pavilion, grills, etc. Barnyard Swing Mini-golf has free facilities for team parties.

QUIET HOUR POLICY

QUIET HOUR - 10 PM - 8 AM We strictly enforce Quiet Hours. If you really don't think you can abide by our Quiet Hours, please consider staying elsewhere. Seriously! Beaver Valley may not be the best place for your stay! After 10 PM: Shhhh... Radios must be turned off completely. No outside TVs. No loud cackling. Please use your library voice. All children must be with you at your site. Playground is closed. All Authorized Visitors who received permission from the office to be on site must leave. We have someone patrol the grounds to be sure it is quiet at 10 PM. If you are noisy, we will speak to you once to remind you of quiet time. We will speak to you a second time because we are really nice people. But if we have to speak to you a third time, you will have to go to bed or leave the property with no refund. Please do not ignore this policy. We truly want you to have a wonderful time here, but we want all of our guests to have a wonderful time!

POOL POLICY

Our Solar-heated big pool and wading pool are for use by registered overnight guests only. Pools are generally open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend depending upon the weather. We have NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. 2 adults must be present at the pool (inside the pool fence) in order for it to be in use. You do not need to know the other adult but there must be 2 present. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the pool- even if they are lifeguards. You must sign a "Swimming Pool Use Form" when you register or you will not be able to use the pool. (This is a NY State law) You only need to sign once during your stay. No Food or Drink inside the pool fence. Picnic tables for you to use are available just outside the pool fence. No Horseplay. No Diving. Usual hours 10AM to Dusk. Pools will be closed during inclement weather. We reserve the right to expel guests from the pools for behavioral issues.

PET POLICY

Pets are NOT ALLOWED in or around Cabins, Tiny Houses, Camping Cabins, other Buildings, or Common areas such as the playground, basketball area, etc. Pets are WELCOME at Campsites and unpopulated areas on a leash. Please note: We accept Service Animals but not emotional support animals in the rental units. Pets are welcome at the Campsites with the following strict guidelines: FEE: $2 per pet per night. A rabies certificate (a piece of paper not just the tag) must be presented at registration. Must be on a leash at all times even when walking in the woods or fields. Can never be left unattended at the site unless inside a camper or vehicle or crate. Cannot be a nuisance. Must be promptly and thoroughly cleaned up after. Not allowed in or around any of the buildings or common areas such as the playground, pool, store, etc.

CANCELLATION OF EVENTS DUE TO A NATIONAL EMERGENCY SUCH AS COVID-19

We will waive the need to rerent your cabin or campsite and we will issue a credit equal to your cancellation fee. This credit is transferable to another person/family and it will never expire. You can use the credit at any time, or you can sell the credit to someone who will be staying with us in the future. All monies paid greater than the cancellation fee will be refunded by check or credit card. This applies ONLY if the event has been canceled.
