This place is so run down. Fence are horrible looking falling down.Buliding are in shambles, with missing woodwork. Lawns are never kept up. Manager does not make every one follow the same rules. Maintenance workers sit on there phones in club house all day. Manager of park drives around park with Alcohol in hand. Receptionist are grumpy looking and at like you are asking them to disrupt there moving watching when you walk into the office. I would never recommend any one to stay in this park.

its not a resort anymore. the office, pool, workout area, only stay open till 5pm. the cable is a mess, channels freeze up all the time and only basic. the grounds r not kept up anymore weeds everywhere half the time its not even mowed. fences are falling down, trees aren't trimmed, and they don't enforce half of the rules. if you complain look out. washer n dryers are expensive. showers are old n unkempt, some in need of serious repair. the park is under new ownership and there letting it get run down by these long time managers, they should be removed. oh ya just so you know the park is almost full of strictly long term residents. im posting anonymously because i don't want to be kicked out at this time.

This is not exactly a review, but we recently stayed a week here. Not a lot of surprises here. No grass, lots of traffic noise. The big surprise we had was 8 of the 10 washing machines were out of order. The even bigger surprise was the only thing wrong with them was the coin buckets were so full you could not put another quarter in them. When we inquired at the office we were told the owner was too busy to empty them. Probably wouldn't recommend this cg for that reason only. What else could he be too busy to fix. What if it were the bathrooms or the electricity. No thanks. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
