This place is a dump . Unmanaged . Looks like most of the people live there . Breakers kept shutting off . There is no arcade . Needs a serious renovation . Dissatisfied and disappointed .

DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Arrived for our free weekend and they set a time for the tour when my wife was working and would not change the time. Charged me $200 as a deposit to show up for the tour. When i arrived to do the tour they said dont bother since my wife was at work and kicked me out. Had to call police for meth heads trashing the place and they didn't even kick them out. I am a nurse on call at the hospital and they didnt care that I could not leave I had to stay close to the hopsital. People were doing drugs everywhere in plain sight. The spaces are tiny and I couldn't even dump my tanks because of the layout. Manager was AWFUL. Corporate would not answer my phone calls or emails. Felt like I was living under a bridge the freeway was so loud. The "pond" is actually a puddle. This is a very bad company do not go to any Colorado River Adventures facilities. They even warned us at the dealership. DON'T GO HERE!!

Oh this park is sweet as a pie! Everyone who works here are so sweet, kind and helpful. We really felt like family when we showed up. The park itself is very beautiful as is a lot to see and do. I really liked how they hold a lot of events that is fun for everyone. The park is nicely laid out so you can find our way around easy. The facilities, and utilities, were really nice and clean every time we used them. The laundry mat was pretty good. They had a lot of activities to do which made it fun for everyone. What's best is all for a really great price. We know where we are going on our next visit! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
