We understand that the ongoing renovations to our Clubhouse, gym, and pool/spa may have impacted your overall experience. Upon reviewing our call and message logs, we were unable to locate any record of your call expressing concerns. We regret any miscommunication or oversight that may have occurred and would like to assure you that we take all guest feedback seriously. Regarding the handicapped restroom, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by its unavailability. Our maintenance team is actively working on resolving the restroom accessibility, and we appreciate our guests' patience as we strive to make the necessary improvements. In the meantime, the other two restrooms are open and available for our guests. To clarify, yes you are correct that the restroom trailer does not include shower facilities. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. As for the clubhouse, pool, and spa, please be informed that they are still currently undergoing renovations to enhance our guests' experience. We anticipate these facilities will be accessible within the next month or so. Regarding the trash bins, as you saw we are not at full capacity as of yet. And the order for larger bins, was placed, unfortunately we do not handle the schedule for 3rd party services and the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow from the company. We understand the importance of proper waste disposal and are taking steps to address this issue promptly. Thank you for bringing the issue of the broken sewage pipe to our attention, and we deeply regret that we were not able to address this matter immediately once you saw it. Our team has addressed the issue and it was taken care of this morning. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced, and we value your feedback as it helps us improve our services.
