A decent park. Sites are packed gravel, fairly level, and have ample space between sites. The restrooms and laundry were very clean. All utilities worked well when we were there last December. There is an area with long term residents, but it is separate from the area for transient traffic. There is some road noise from HWY 78, but not so much that it is very bothersome. There is a fenced dog run with ample space. It is next door (down a path and across a foot bridge if you choose to walk) to Dandy RV and a large RV store. I don't remember if the store was part of Dandy RV or not; I know it was once a Camping World, but has another name now. It's convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We will stay there again this year when we are in the area visiting family in November. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
