Greensport RV Park Family Fun Beyond the Campsite There’s more to a Greensport stay than a beautiful view. Cool off in two seasonal swimming pools, watch the kids enjoy the playground and jumping pillow, or explore our walking and biking trails together. Challenge your camping crew to basketball, volleyball, cornhole, or horseshoes. Scheduled campground activities offer opportunities to meet fellow campers, enjoy crafts and games, visit the petting zoo during supervised sessions, and catch live music on select dates. Activities vary by season and schedule, and some carry an additional fee.
Greensport RV Park Four-legged family members are welcome, too. Our pet-friendly RV campground features a designated off-leash dog park and dog wash station, with leashed walks offering another way to explore together.

Rules
Rules
- All guests must register themselves and ANY guests visiting.
- All fees must be paid upon arrival.
- All guests over the age of 16 will have to provide identification.
- Notify the office if you are expecting visitors.
- There is a $5/person charge for guests and a maximum of 8 people per site at any given time.
- Maximum of 2 motor vehicles per site.
- Guest parking is located across from the office.
- Management reserves the right to deny registration of any person entering the property at any time.
- Absolutely NO PARKING in ANY grassy area.
- No parking in any open site or roadway.
- Check In Time: 1:00 pm or after. If arriving later than 7pm, please let the office know ahead of time.
- Check Out Time: 12:00 pm
Pets
- MUST be on a leash at all times when outdoors, except when in dog park.
- Pets cannot be left unattended and are not allowed in any park building, pool, or playground areas.
- Disruptive or aggressive pets will not be permitted.
- OWNERS MUST PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS! No one likes to step in doggie poo.
- Management reserves the right to refuse any animal it deems dangerous, disruptive, or a threat to other visitors.
Golf Carts
- No one under the age of 16, without a drivers license, is allowed to operate a motorized vehicle on our property.
- We DO NOT allow 4 Wheelers or ATVs.
- No golf cart is allowed to be in ANY grassy area.
- Golf Carts must be registered at the office with proof of insurance showing liability coverage.
- Registration of golf carts can be revoked at any time.
Bicycles
Greensport RV Park welcomes bicycles and electric bicycles as a fun and convenient way to enjoy the campground.
- For the safety of our guests, team members, children, pets, and other visitors, all bicycle riders are expected to operate responsibly and courteously at all times.
- All bicycles and electric bicycles must be operated at a safe and reasonable speed appropriate for campground conditions.
- Riders must yield to pedestrians, golf carts, vehicles, children, and animals.
- Reckless riding, racing, weaving through traffic, jumping, stunts, or other unsafe operation is prohibited.
- Riders must obey all posted traffic signs, directional signs, stop signs, speed limits, and instructions from Greensport team members.
- Bicycles should remain on designated campground roads, paths, and approved riding areas.
- Riding through campsites, landscaped areas, restricted areas, buildings, pool areas, playgrounds, or other areas not intended for bicycle traffic is prohibited.
- Bicycles may not be operated after dark unless equipped with appropriate front and rear lighting or reflectors sufficient for safe nighttime operation.
- Riders should wear appropriate footwear and clothing while operating a bicycle.
- All riders are strongly encouraged to wear an approved bicycle helmet.
- Children under the age of 16 must wear a properly fitted and securely fastened bicycle helmet while riding a bicycle or electric bicycle anywhere on Greensport RV Park & Marina property. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children in their care follow this policy.
- Electric bicycles, commonly referred to as e-bikes, are permitted at Greensport RV Park & Marina provided they are operated safely and responsibly.
- High-speed operation is prohibited.
- Children may not operate electric bicycles that are inappropriate for their age, size, experience, or ability. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether a minor is capable of safely operating an electric bicycle.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of minor children using bicycles or electric bicycles.
- Young children should be supervised while riding.
- Children should not ride in congested areas, around moving RVs or vehicles, or in other locations where their presence may create an unsafe condition.
- Parents and guardians are expected to ensure that children understand campground traffic rules before allowing them to ride independently.
- Guests use bicycles and electric bicycles at their own risk and are responsible for operating them safely, maintaining their equipment, supervising minor children, and complying with applicable laws and campground rules.
Pool
- ALL POOL USERS MUST OBTAIN A POOL PASS AND WRISTBAND FROM THE OFFICE.
- ONLY CAMPERS WITH WRISTBANDS HAVE POOL ACCESS.
- If you anticipate having guests outside of those staying in your camper, and wish to swim, we have the day use area available for those circumstances.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that swimming and use of the pool area involves inherent risks, including injury or drowning. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with pool use and acknowledge I am responsible for all persons at my site.
- Release of Liability: I hereby release Greensport RV Park, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from my use of the pool facilities.
- Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greensport RV Park, LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from my actions or negligence while using the pool.
Pool Rules Compliance: I agree to fully comply with all posted pool rules and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Pool hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM unless otherwise posted.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Proper swim attire is required.
- No diving, running, or horseplay.
- No glass containers or alcoholic beverages in the pool area.
- Pets are not allowed within the fenced pool area.
- Shower before entering the pool. Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
- Do not enter the pool if you have any open wounds, sores, contagious illnesses, diarrhea, or any other conditions that may compromise pool sanitation.
Emergency Protocol
- In case of emergency, call (205) 884-3333 immediately.
- Emergency equipment (life rings, rescue poles) is for emergency use only.
Responsibility for Minors:
- I accept full responsibility for supervising minors accompanying me.
Laundry
- Coin-Operated machines are available for use at the main office.
- Clotheslines are prohibited.
- NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN LAUNDRY
- We require obtaining a PO BOX from the most convenient post office in Ashville, Attalla, or Rainbow City.
- Having any mail or package sent to the campground automatically releases Greensport RV Park, LLC as well as Greensport Marina, LLC from any and ALL liability associated with your mail or package deliveries.
- No member of management or employee may sign for any package.
Garbage
- DO NOT LEAVE BAGGED GARBAGE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CAMPER.
- Dumpsters are provided for your use in the parking lot across from the office.
- No garbage is allowed in the fire pits.
- Cigarette butts are not to be thrown on the ground but disposed of properly.
- There will be a $15 site cleaning fee if we have to clean out a fire pit, clean cigarette butts out of your site, or pick up doggie poo.
Boats and Trailers
- We do not allow Boats and Trailers to be parked at your campsite.
- There is a designated parking area across from the office with plugs.
- There are two boat ramps available for your use as well as marine gas.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Please be considerate of others.
- No disorderly conduct will be tolerated.
- If the situation arises, management reserves the right to deny the remainder of stay without refund.
Miscellaneous:
- No generators allowed.
- No open display of alcoholic beverages.
- NO TENTS ALLOWED.
- No smoking in any park building, including the bathhouse.
- Campfires are permitted, however, they must be contained in a fire pit and are the responsibility of the registered guest.
- Guests are responsible for being weather-aware and taking necessary precautions in the event of severe weather.
- Greensport RV Park, LLC is not responsible for limbs or debris causing damage to campers.
- All rented sites must be kept neat and clean, as well as free of clutter, at all times.
- No permanent structure of any type is allowed, this includes satellite dishes being installed in the ground.
- Residency is not permitted.
- Freezing Temperatures: If temperatures drop below freezing, water spigots will be turned off to prevent bursting.
