The Blue Anchor RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Osburn, Idaho and is a great spot for an easy-going vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of outdoor activities including: hunting, biking, hiking and ATV touring. There's also plenty of opportunities for fishing, skiing, zip lining and scenic viewing, and historical showcases like the Wallace District Mining Museum and the North Pacific Railroad Museum. Visitors can also visit the Silver Creek Preserve, Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge, Cougar Bay Preserve or simply watch the eagles soar on Lake Coeur d'Alene. And of course, the area just beyond the park is perfect for sample great local cuisine. There are about 60 gravel sites - some pull throughs and some back ins. Our pull through site has plenty of room for our 38 foot 5th wheel and our truck. Some of the sites are shorter though. We did have to use one leveling board but it wasn’t a problem. We have a good picnic table. There is digital cable (lots of channels!) WiFi is included, but the WiFi is limited to one device per site; it works great. The park is very clean and well maintained. The laundry and bathrooms are very clean. The owner is building some cabins for rental and also there are some tent sites. We are staying here to tour the Silver Valley in North Idaho, the Coeur d’Alene area (about 45 minutes to the west) and the old mining town of Wallace (about 5 minutes to the east).
