Fantastic park, friendly hosts. We stayed here for a week and felt like we had the whole park to ourselves. The park is separated into two sides 30-amp and 50-amp. We took the 50-amp which all sits behind the Dollar General store (but that was on an incline so we felt safe). We had originally booked site 14 but ended up choosing 16 which had a larger grassy space between sites (on both sides). All the other ones were very close but no one was there so it didn’t really matter. The whole park overlooks a pond and beyond the pond is a golf course. My dog got to run off-leash on the far side of the park. And the hosts even delivered our packages! Wifi was pretty fast too!

Thanks for staying with us and thanks for the great review look forward to seeing you again God Bless. Doug and Diana .

Great place to stay. Very easy to pull in and out. Pretty sites with trees and grass with a lake. Clean, safe and hosts are very friendly and helpful. Love staying here. Best RV park on 36 Hwy !

Bailey's RV Park is a lovely rest the entire year round. I have stayed there many times throughout the year (early spring through late fall), through all kinds of weather, and have found it welcoming, safe, and very clean and friendly! The owners came out to greet me, and were very friendly in helping me out and answering questions. Seldom do you find a warm and personal setting these days, but this park truly is that. Families should feel safe and welcome here, also. There were children fishing in the lake, families grilling, everyone enjoying each other's company. I should note that I travel with my elderly father, and he has not trouble navigating the park. It is set up for easy access. Thanks, Doug and Diana!

Woman who runs the place is rude Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Campground Response

I think that the lady responded with kindness to you and tried to help with the laundry issue. The owner is the one responding to this. God Bless

This was our second stay here. It is a small immaculate park. Steve is the owner and very helpful and accommodating! Level sites, good utilities. Nice small lake to walk around. We camped in a motorhome.

We cancelled our two night reservation day before we were scheduled to arrive due to cloudy forecast for the solar eclipse. We didn't receive a refund. We expected to receive a credit for at least one night.

Campground Response

I saved you a space and had to turn down over 50 rvs up to the day before the eclipse. I was unable to fill your space. You where the only rv that canceled. It was partly cloudy and we did see the entire eclipse. If you are in the area I will give you a free night stay at my park with a full hookup.

It's a large gravel lot with some small patches of grass between some of the sites anf so.e smaller trees and a large pond not for swimming or fishing. Only picnic tables or fires pits are in the large common area and grass surrounds the pond. Camp sites only have water or electric hook ups and small spaces between RV's. To be close to the bathrooms as we have small kids we were parked next to a garage kind of building with dog kennels on the side. Not exactly a good camping area unless you have a large 5th wheel or class A driveable camper. Not much for kids to do. Bathrooms and laundry were extremely nice, clean and well kept.

Campground Response

I would have moved you to the east on the grass if you would have let me know you did not like the space you were in Also fishing is allowed for all my customers sorry for the inconvenience

Campsites were clean and level. Bathrooms and laundry were also well kept. Overall was a great place to stay.

Campground was clean and welll kept. We hosted a rally of 9 motorhomes all with 50 amp service. Owner was very easy to work with. ONLY PROBLEM was RoverPass. They charged me $142.60 for the 4 nights =$35.65 per night! That was $4.65 per night for the $31.00 site. We could have and should have NEVER used RoverPass, LLC. It cost us $18 60 to use their "service" plus they charged Stallbaumers RV park a convenience fee of $2.50. Please be aware and contact the Campground directly.

This campground was quaint, quiet and had a lot going for it. The staff was very nice and helpful for all of our needs. There were many sites to choose from that had 30/50 amp hookups. They also had a modern laundry room, clean restrooms and shower facilities and a storm shelter in the event of threatening weather. There were some fun activities that were really relaxing. The location was really nice as there was so much inside and outside the park that really took our breath away. Overall we had a very pleasant time here and got a nice place to get away from all the craziness in life. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
