Absolutely beautiful setting for this large recreational park on the lake. It depends on what you are going there for (fishing, riding, camping...) but our experience as a CAMPER was not our favorite. Rolling hills make it very difficult to find a spot on level ground; even many tents looked tilted on the slope. A majority of the narrow paved pads are sloped and are placed at challenging-to-access angles. The (only) "bath-house" is located up on the hill, and was a good 4-5 minute walk from our campsite, and we were at one of the closest "improved" sites. Most people drove their cars to get there. Relatively clean, but only tolerable, as far as facilities are concerned: 3 toilets, 2 sinks, and one large ugly shower with a broken handicapped seat and water that drained poorly on the uneven floor. AJ Jolly is a beautiful place, but for camping itself, was not much more than adequate.
