The park is beautifully landscaped and offers well-maintained grounds with beautiful oak trees & pine trees. There are 32 RV sites, and our RV park Managers live on-site. We are located close to many attractions & short distance drives in the area. All sites have water, sewer, & electricity. We have a fenced-in dog park on the back of the property. We offer daily, weekly, short-term, and long-term monthly rates.

We are descended from pre-Colonial and Revolutionary War lineage, Edmund Chancey, a descendant of Charles Chancy,  arriving as a colonist, a person of quality approved by King Charles I.  John T. Smith, Jr., in 2017 plotted a strategy to reclaim this land from kudzu, wild grapevines, rattlesnakes, coyotes, fire ants, and other encroaching snakes-in-the-grass.  Come and enjoy our 55 year old Loblolly forests and our 100 year old pecan orchards.
