A recently renovated RV park in Fredericksburg, Texas, The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park (formerly Quiet Creek RV Resort) features lots of brand new amenities! We have pull through sites to support large class A motorhomes with a tow behind vehicle and also smaller back in spaces for truck campers and trailers. This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. Just beyond the campground is the Admiral Nimitz State Historic Park, LBJ Ranch Tours and the Enchanted Rock State Historic Area. There's also the Wildseed Farm of Wild Flowers and more than 600 acres of grapes that provide the main ingredients for the area's more than 70 wineries. For hiking, the Old Tunnel State Park is a great spot, for live entertainment there's the Rockbox Theater and for window shopping and souvenir buying, there's the Fredericksburg Main Street.
