Located about 15 minutes from San Marcos downtown and the square, San Marcos RV Park is a small friendly park inviting short and long term visitors! We offer full 50 amp hookups! Our convenient location allows one to drive 5 minutes down the road to the San Marcos River, 20 minutes from the outlet mall and only 45 minutes away from Austin and San Antonio! There's lot of fun! From drinking a drink or two on the river to eating some BBQ at local restaurant's, come check us out!    

  Great grandson of Frank E. Gillen and grandson of Tillie and Frank R. Gille, Steve W. Gillen has continued the generational family business with a twist. We offer primitive RV sites for our RVers! Gillen's Candies, which was once chocolates, has expanded its products to also include wines, jerky, craft beer and other artisan products! Located in George West, Texas, Manning RV Park/Cabins offers full 20/50 amp sites with select sites featuring an awning, picnic table, BBQ pit and cement slab. WiFi is available for RV sites only along with laundry facilities, mail services and semi-truck parking. Our park also offers fully furnished 1-2 bedroom cabins (only available for monthly stays) to our guests that can sleep up to 4 people! Given our convenient location, we are located close to popular fishing spots located in Choke Canyon Reservoir, Lake Corpus Christi and the Nueces River. The Wilderness Lakes RV Resort is located in the easy-going Texas town of Mathis, and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation.   Activities and Attractions Onsite, travelers can expect great biking, hiking, wildlife viewing and fishing. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground, including the Lake Corpus Christi State Park and the Lipantitlan State Historic Site, and many visit the neighboring town of Corpus Christi for sites like Padre Island for fun picnics on the sand, fishing, jet skiing and surfing. Just beyond the campground however, travelers can look forward to attractions such as the Sculpture Ranch and Galleries, TASTE Wine Art, Hill Country Science Mill, Perdenales Falls State Park and the Exotic Resort Zoo. There's also the Texas White House, the Texcetera Art Gallery, Horseback Riding Tours, a number of wineries and vineyards and a host of great local eateries and bars. The Blanco State Park is located in the beautiful town of Blanco, and is a great spot for an authentic Texas vacation. This small park hugs a one-mile stretch of the river. On the water, campers can swim, fish, paddle or boat, and on land, there's plenty of space to picnic, hike, camp, watch for wildlife, and geocache. For the group-travelers, there's a picnic pavilion for socials, group games and meals. Campers can also look forward to a number of nearby attractions such as the Old Blanco County Court, Market Days held on the 3rd Saturday of each month and the Willow City Loop which is a breathtaking spot that's perfect for scenic drives, jogging, dog walking, picnicking and stargazing or sunset viewing. There's also golf courses, the Exotic Resort Zoo, Real Ale Brewing Company, Texas Hill Vineyard and the CN Stars Horse Training and Trail Rides.
