Hiking and nature trails provide access to the natural beauty of the East Texas Pineywoods. The Jackson Hill park & Marina and is a great spot for a fun and adventurous outdoor vacation right by the water. Travelers can look forward to plenty of wide, open spaces, great opportunities for sunset viewing and stargazing. Get ready for excellent fishing for bass, crappie and catfish and bird watching and wildlife viewing; bald eagles, alligators, deer and river otters are common at the marina. We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that will be stocked with a variety of fish this spring. Also coming this spring we will have a dog park, playground, Event Barn and pavilion. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility available at the office. There are many acres of walking trails in phase 2 of the RV park. Phase 2 will be coming later this year with tiny cabins and treehouses available to rent. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates.
