Monthly and long-term stays are our focus, and nightly guests are welcome too.Full hookups at every site: 30-amp and 50-amp electric, water, and sewer on tree-shaded back-in sites that fit rigs up to about 45 feet. On-site storage is available, a guest laundry room is coming soon, and pets are welcome (leashed, and please clean up after them).RV sites from $400/month. All-bills-paid sites (1, 2, 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) are $450/month, which is $400 rent plus a $50 flat electric fee. Sub-metered sites (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10) are $400/month plus metered electric. A deposit is required for long-term stays, and long-stay requests are reviewed and confirmed by the owner. Nightly: $45/night.Life on Grand Lake: fishing, boating, and birdwatching on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees are all within about a mile.
