Although the staff was friendly and the bathroom clean, I did not feel safe in the park. The pictures were very deceptive. I went to return the keys to the bathrooms and laundry rooms to get my deposit back, no one was at the office so I left them in an empty mailbox holder. We left and paid for another safer facility.

Perfect for a quick overnight or two. Felt safe and secure. Owner Rowdy was super friendly and helpful. Park was clean and had what we needed.

Dryers did not work. The bathroom/shower doors do not lock. We were without water more than 7 instances. The roads were ripped up while they have water/sewer lines overhauled. WiFi did not work my entire stay of 30 days. Management offered a refund for the inoperable dryers we put money in, and she also offered to get the WiFi fixed. Neither of those things happened. Also the property and it's residents appears to be a drug den. Long term residents fought several times. They screamed at each other and sped their cars thru the park. When the water would go out, no one would inform us. Not one time. The outage was obviously planned, the plumber told me it was. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. $576($518 non Refundable) is absolutely outrageous for a place that I couldn't use the facilities. Just run for the hills. One star given because you have to give something to leave a review.

Hands-down, the worst RV camping site I have ever visited. The park was completely torn apart mud piles, and rock everywhere. Also they double booked us and try to make me share electricity and was trying to force me to use the water in the bathroom and not give me a water hook up mind you I made reservations three weeks ahead of time. Also doors are not to be locked when you shower and lights only last 15 minutes, to me that sounds like pedo row. You are blocked in an unlocking bathroom with no lights. No way on gods green earth was I letting my young granddaughter’s shower in there. Also, the amount of stray dogs running into the campsite and up to our camper. Door was alarming. When I said something to the old man that runs the show, he told me the dogs were in a bad spot and there’s nothing he could do about it all the while he told my dog to shut up every time it barked because of the stray dogs. Oh, I could go on and on this was a hell hole for sure.

It has a new owner so time will tell. We showed up and most of the park was torn apart, mud and dirt piles all over. They had put someone else in my reserved spot and sent us to the back area that was really bad. We struggled to get into it was so bad. No Wi-Fi on site do us. Very bad neighbor a lot of people have cameras and security lights on out side of campers. Would never go back or even drive through this neighborhood.

Usually we stay at COEs or State Parks, but this time we needed a RV Park close to Tulsa. We stayed one week for an event we were attending in the area. This reasonably priced park has clean bathrooms and laundry room. It has full hook ups, is safe, quiet and convenient to restaurants and stores. The negative is the spaces are small with no outdoor space for a table, bbq, sitting, etc. I do recommend this park if you are looking for a place to park and sleep in Tulsa, and are not looking for amenities or a scenic view.
