The East Creek Campground is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest and is a beautiful spot for a quiet, cozy getaway. Campers can look forward to tall, lush pine and fir trees, a lush forest and challenging paths for hiking, mountain biking and exploring. The Halfmoon Campground is located at the Custer Gallatin National Forest and is the perfect spot for a quiet, Montana getaway. Campers can look forward to gorgeous fir and pine trees as well as the bustling waters of the Big Timber Creek. Love fishing? You'll fall in love with the trout fishing at this creek, and the various pools that make for excellent wading spots. Hiking is also immensely popular at this park so look forward to the gorgeous views from those peaks and hills, and the various paths ideal for mountain biking. The Warm Springs Campground and Picnic Area is located on two acres of gorgeous lodgepole forest. The Warm Springs Creek runs adjacent to the campground and is perfect for fishing and wildlife viewing, with excellent scenes at dawn and dusk. Be sure to pack gear for hiking and mountain biking, and while your outside, keep yours eyes peel for wildlife like elk and curious small animals. Of course, picnicking is another common activity at this park, so remember to pack big spray and blankets!
