Visit us on Facebook! Ozark Adventures is a new park in the Lake of the Ozarks area, located on the west side of the lake. Our park is configured around privacy, space and integrating the camping experience with the natural forest setting.  Our sites are at least 50 feet apart and provide plenty of trees and shade.  Almost all of our sites are pull-through, located between two roads coming down a hillside. You pull into your level site from one road and pull out onto another. All the roads are one way traffic so as to not force campers to negotiate steep uphill roads.  Located adjacent to a well-supplied supermarket for all your camping needs.  We have a large community fire pit and games courts for playing lawn games, all lit up at night. In our modern camphouse, we have beautiful showers and a brand new laundry facility for your convenience open 7am till 10pm daily.  Our regular season is April - October, but in the winter we do offer long-term stays with a minimum 28-day stay.  Those are at $350 plus electric during the winter. We also have dry tent sites at $25 daily. For attractions make sure to check out our trademark Patatay mountain bike/ hiking trail with challenging switchbacks, bridges, and other attractions being added as you read this. We have a recently added dog park where you and your dog can play at will and off leash. We also have a private, 3-acre lake on our property open for fishing for our guests. Just two sites on our property, both with extraordinary views of The Big Piney River in Dixon, Mo.  Our sites offer walk-in access to the water for swimming, floating, and fishing. Under NEW ownership in 2018! We are a military veteran family who loves adventure and believes everyone should spend more time outdoors playing! We have over 30 acres of Ozark Terrain to explore!   We are located on the very spot of the HOME of Bluegrass (Bluegrass Pickin' Time Festival)  that was started by Bill and Mona Jones in 1969. The original stage is still here and is under renovation to become a living historical building that hopes to have music played on it once again!  We are a family friendly, ATV friendly, and pet friendly campground and RV park. We encourage all types of camping styles and hookups. No extra charge for big families. We ask that dogs be kept under control as we have chickens working hard to keep bugs and ticks to a minimum!  We have acres of woods trails to wander and possibly an alligator to "I Spy". No worries about getting lost. All sides of the campground are safely fenced.   Pardon our mess as we renovate our bathrooms over the next few months. We plan to be complete before the 2019 spring season begins. We are open year round and have accommodations for full time living.   We are excited to have a COMMUNITY GARDEN where all campers can get their hands dirty and play in the garden or just wander through the plants and smell the beauty and be enticed by the butterflies and nature. Our Campground Clubhouse is a unique experience of coffee and tea and a lovely place to borrow books, play games, study puzzles and other sorts of activities to appease your mind.   There are a lot of attractions nearby since we are located in the middle of EVERYWHERE! You will never be bored! The Gasconade River is nearby for scenic fishing and kayaking. We like to be a place people can unplug from technology a bit and enjoy the beauty of the land.   ** We are located on a curve and tucked behind trees on Hwy 133 se we are easily missed. Make sure to watch your GPS carefully!  We are 4 miles north of Dixon on hwy 133 (follow the Meta signs). Watch for county road HH (Santee church is on the corner) and you will find us less than a mile further down the road on the right!
