Hidden Treasure RV Resort offers water, electric, and sewer at each of our 24 sites. Travelers looking for a peaceful country setting will enjoy our spacious, shaded sites on our private 11-acre campground just 20 minutes from Alexandria, LA. Guests have free access to our private boat launch and boat dock on Cotile Lake. Picnic tables are provided at our overnight sites. Fire pits, BBQ pits, or additional folding tables are available upon request. Bathhouse, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi are available on site. Owners live on-site to ensure you enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay, or to assist guests with camping questions or local recommendations. We are pet-friendly, however pets should not be left outside unattended.  We allow guests to make online reservations to 3 of our pull-thru sites that have a lakeview can be booked online through our website. Back in August 2025, we were busy clearing the land to create our family-friendly RV retreat.  In November, we will be pouring slabs for our office and museum as well as developing the infrastructure to include roads and RV sites.  Soon we will have sites with modern RV hookups, a little store with bare essentials, and an eclectic museum that stitches together stories and artifacts from Texas and beyond. Amenities will feature a small conference room for business/video needs, a family-friendly gameroom, a laundry facility, and a private rest room with a shower. Initial services will include a self-serve, diverse library suited for all ages, propane distribution/exchange, and a Texas notary public. We will offer discounts for active duty and veteran military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and educators.
