Our primary drive way is covered with crushed crete (construction cement) which provides a solid and dependable access road. We have coin operated Speed Queen washer/dryer combination in our laundry room and a dog washing station located just outside.Pets up to 40lbs are welcome and they love playing in our dog park.Our main focus is catering to a supplemental workforce that helps increase the value of our local economy. We accomplish this by providing a place where comfort and relaxation is readily available.Our park provides unlimited wifi for your entertainment and remote work requirements.

Smith, Jr., in 2017 plotted a strategy to reclaim this land from kudzu, wild grapevines, rattlesnakes, coyotes, fire ants, and other encroaching snakes-in-the-grass.  Come and enjoy our 55 year old Loblolly forests and our 100 year old pecan orchards.
