Off the grid (Boon Docking) which means no sewer or electric hookups, solar or generator will be needed. There may be an opportunity at the present time to have access to electricity for one and only one site.  There is water available. Tiny Home or RV living site offers a fire pit. There is a possibility of partial work trade for rent opportunity, if you have Handyman/Carpentry skills and experience, please let us know. This is a great place with biking and hiking trails nearby. Keep your RV/Camper trailer here for weekend getaways or live here full-time. This is a very beautiful mountain rural area, many of our neighbors have livestock, and we have a few potbelly pigs. It is very peaceful and the sky is full of stars without the city lights.  Located about 3 1/2 hours SW of Denver.
