Lake of the Rockies Retreat, Camping & Cabin Resort is a park located near Monument, Colorado. It features 163 campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities.   Nestled in Westcliffe, Colorado, Wet Mountain RV Park and Cabins offers 22 pull-through sites, 5 Non-RV sleeping options and a place to fill, dump, and or flush your recreational vehicle. We are big rig friendly! And each site is complete with water, sewer, electric (20,30,50 amp), a picnic table, tree, and up graded free WiFi. We also offer non RV stay options through AirBnB. We have 3 minimalist sleeper cabins, for the destination traveler each with a full bed, small fridge and microwave. In addition, for those looking to stay multiple days, we have a two apartment options: a studio apartment with a queen bed and kitchenette as well as a converted garage apartment with a pull out, queen bed, kitchen and attached bathroom. WMRV is just off of Main Street, so the location offers easy walking to downtown shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for an adventure, it’s a close drive to hiking, fishing, and ATV/4WD areas. Westcliffe is a wonderful place to spend a night viewing the "International Dark Skies", resting from a mountain adventure, or escaping the heat! This is an active a farm. The old building site has been converted to RV parking. We have seven spaces. They are large 50 x 70 spaces with plenty of room to park other vehicles. Five of them are pull through. Each space has a 30 amp RV plug and a 20 amp GFI standard plug.

Tiny Homes, RV sites, Camper trailers, or Renovated Bus rental spaces are available with breathtaking mountain views in all directions with wide-open spaces. Off the grid (Boon Docking) which means no sewer or electric hookups, solar or generator will be needed. There may be an opportunity at the present time to have access to electricity for one and only one site.  There is water available. Tiny Home or RV living site offers a fire pit. There is a possibility of partial work trade for rent opportunity, if you have Handyman/Carpentry skills and experience, please let us know. This is a great place with biking and hiking trails nearby. Keep your RV/Camper trailer here for weekend getaways or live here full-time. This is a very beautiful mountain rural area, many of our neighbors have livestock, and we have a few potbelly pigs. It is very peaceful and the sky is full of stars without the city lights.  Located about 3 1/2 hours SW of Denver.
