We are a year round 76 acre resort nestled in Heritage Valley at the foot of Ventura County's highest mountain, Topa Topa. Enjoy clean fresh air as well as a forest setting close to a cascading stream. Quiet, lots of wildlife, views, clear star lit nights and only 15 minutes from the ocean. We are just off the scenic highway toward the resort communities of Ojai and Santa Barbara. We offer accommodations from rustic to deluxe! We have glamour tent sites and primitive (no electric) tent sites, most with lots of shade and close to water, restrooms and showers. Our authentic style tipis come partly furnished with a queen and twin matress on frames, along with an additional mat, plus wicker chairs to sleep four.Two additional mats are available for a fee.Be sure to bring all bedding and camping supplies. Water is nearby, restrooms and showers are a short walk away. Bring flashlights and lanterns as there is no electricity. We also have large, shady RV pull-thrus and patio sites all with 50/30 amp service!
