The park is located just 10 minutes from Arkansas Elite Welding Academy in a quiet country setting.  I am Jake Odom and I am the owner of the park.  I am also the student advisor at the school.  I live on the premises and can assist you with any needs you may have.  The park only houses AEWA students, no locals or long term tenants.  Back in sites only 30/50/120 power on all sites.  Water, electric, sewer and trash service included.  No pets allowed.  If you rent a camper you will need to bring linens (full), utensils, cookware.
