Welcome to our newly launched 101 acre RV park in Malvern, Arkansas - a beautiful and affordable landscape to stay as we begin a new chapter on this unique 101-acre property. This was previously the largest motocross park in Arkansas and we’ve recently taken it over with a vision to transform it into a major outdoor adventure park and event center for Hot Spring County where participants can be hosted on the grounds using our lodging. Currently, we offer RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp power hookups, centralized water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms. We have hiking trails along our three natural creeks that are fed year round by natural springs on the property. We have rolling hills with stunning views. Once the three creeks merge you can take a dip in the deeper creek it forms with cool, clear water. We have local guides that provide the following tours to our guests: - Diamond Mining - Crystal Mining - Pontoon charters - Jet Boat charters - Jet ski charters - Fishing charters - Horseback Riding - Overnight River Kayaking tours - Hunting tours (during hunting season) - Ziplining - Hot Springs National Park tour We’re located just a short drive from Hot Springs and within reach of Little Rock, making this a great home base for exploring Central Arkansas. We are not a traditional RV park. We only have 2 parking spots and can't accommodate anything larger than 40' with a total length of 62'. The "park" is located in front of a small candle business in a small rural neighborhood. That means there are a few houses around where your RV will be parked. It's quiet but, there are dogs in the neighborhood and two that live on the property. Pets are welcome we just ask that they are kept on a leash.

Located only 4 miles from Harding University, 2 miles from a WalMart Super Center, and 45 minutes from Little Rock, Whitney Lane RV Park offers a family atmosphere along with all of the amenities necessary for your home away from home. We feature full back-in, pull thru 30/50 amp sites. Guests can look forward to amenities such as laundry facilities, long term rentals, riverfront views, picnic tables, concrete runners and more. The park is located just 10 minutes from Arkansas Elite Welding Academy in a quiet country setting.  I am Jake Odom and I am the owner of the park.  I am also the student advisor at the school.  I live on the premises and can assist you with any needs you may have.  The park only houses AEWA students, no locals or long term tenants.  Back in sites only 30/50/120 power on all sites.  Water, electric, sewer and trash service included.  No pets allowed.  If you rent a camper you will need to bring linens (full), utensils, cookware. Bring a grill for cooking out. Max camper length 32'.  

We will be open exclusively for the solar eclipse event from April 4th to April 9th, 2024. During this period, our facilities will be dedicated to accommodating guests for the purpose of observing totality (4 min. 11 sec.) during the eclipse.

The Timbercrest RV & Mobile Home Park is located in the beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas and is a fun spot for an outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a gorgeous natural setting with beautiful views, fresh air, and clear skies. With so much space, there's plenty of opportunities for nature walking, biking, exploring, picnicking, sunset viewing and stargazing.
