Most RV resorts in the area are closed for winter but we are open year round and have tenants who stay all through the year. We are not right on the highway so we enjoy the sounds and sights of nature rather than the sounds of traffic. That makes us a little harder to find but if you ask us, we wouldn't have it any other way! We are tucked back in the pines with wildlife and natural beauty. We enjoy the changing of the seasons and all of the colors and divine beauty that those changes bring. We have laundry facilities and Public showers and we also have a clubhouse with cable TV, billiards and other perks for guests and residents. Our clubhouse also serves as a meeting place for the many activities that are offered for anyone who wants to join us. Also, we have added a dedicated high speed internet connection that is being tested and perfected as we speak. It is available now for residents and guests and it is fast and reliable enough to keep you in touch while you're enjoying the peace and quiet. When you visit, expect a warm welcome and hospitality. The community as a whole, not just Pioneer staff, are known for their warmth. This RV Resort offers an impressive number of amenities, as well. Most notably, it's one of a minority of Arizona RV parks to offer an indoor heated pool.
