The Windhaven RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Yuma and is a great spot for an authentic Arizona getaway. Campers can look forward to excellent local attractions like the Yuma Territorial Prison Museum, Arizona Historical Society Sanguinetti House Museum, Yuma Art Center, Robert J Moody Demonstration Garden and the Casa De Coronado Museum. For the nature-lover, there's no shortage of options for outdoor fun.

Travelers can expect great hiking and biking in nearby parks such as the Kennedy Memorial Park, Gateway Park and the Joe Henry Memorial Park.

After being at Windhaven for the last 19 winters, I would say the park is an excellent place to do R&R.

Windhaven RV Park is close to just about everything you may want to do while in Yuma. The park is just 6 miles from downtown Yuma, 5 miles from the Colorado River, 10 miles from the California border, and 18 miles from Mexico. There is a Super Walmart just a few blocks away and wonderful restaurants with a myriad of cuisine offerings in every direction.

Traffic Policy

Strict speed limit of 5 MPH within the park. Note that all traffic is one way.
