First thing that's different about this campground is they give you your own secure modem (for Free). Of course you need to return it or they will charge you. Second is the section of Vintage Trailers that they rent out. There's a show on TV that showed some of the renovations they did on these trailers. The rentals come with chairs, mat, grill & two bikes. So cute. Now to the campground itself. Concrete pads with grass between sites. We had a PTU, but we had to park the truck perpendicular to the trailer. We thought maybe if we pulled back there might be room in front. Sites are close by, but you have room to put out chairs & awnings. Picnic Table at each site. 30 & 50 amp sites. There's permanent residents here. Mostly their sites are clean & tidy. Maybe 2 rows for passer throughs. Pool, spa, dog walking areas, bath houses, laundry & exercise room . Office staff is friendly & helpful. It's about an hour drive to the ocean. Worth the ride. 5 min to McMinnville where the main street has wine tasting rooms, places to eat & cute shops. Also the Evergreen Air & Space museum where Howard Hughes Spruce Goose is kept. Also a indoor water park. Many wineries here. 30 min to Portland, 15 min to Salem. Would come back. Stayed April- early May. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
