The Western Sands RV Park is located in the beautiful city of Yuma and is an excellent spot for your next Arizona getaway. Campers can look forward to excellent local attractions like the Yuma Territorial Prison Museum, Arizona Historical Society Sanguinetti House Museum, Yuma Art Center, Robert J Moody Demonstration Garden and the Casa De Coronado Museum. For the nature-lover, there's no shortage of options for outdoor fun. Travelers can expect great hiking and biking in nearby parks such as the Kennedy Memorial Park, Gateway Park and the Joe Henry Memorial Park. The kids can also enjoy spots like the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge and West Wetlands Park. And of course, many head down to the beach on the Colorado River, where they can enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing and river rafting.

I had made a reservation for Feb of 2020, did not know the deposit was non-refundable until made the reservations ......just checked website nowhere does it say the deposits are not refundable.......I had to cancel our stay do to the Covid-19 restrictions our state had on traveling outside New Mexico.....they give me a credit to use in one year.......this year 2021 just before leaving for our trip .....my Bank account was scamed big time and was shut down and we had no money to travel on.......asked Western Sands to refund our money.......they said it had already dissappeared because it was over a year.......seems like their should be some sort of exception due to this act of God and my financial catastrope but they say not.......manager will not allow me to talk to the owner of the park.......I would be very careful making reservations with this park if their may be any chance you might have to cancel.......feeling like they stole my money!!!!!!!
