First, the description is wrong. The fairgrounds are in downtown Puyallup, not Seattle. However, the Sounder commuter train is only a few blocks away and makes the trip into downtown Seattle quick and easy. There are no firepits, no showers or bathrooms. All RV's must be fully self-contained. The RV Park is really designed for RV'ers traveling with events and shows at the fairgrounds, but is also available to short-timers. There is no weekly or monthly rate. This is basically a gravel parking lot with full hookups. During fair events it can be extremely tight with RV's crammed in very tightly. Other times, there may be only 4 or 5 RV's total. During the winter months (rainy season), about half of the area is closed off due to the ground being too soggy to drive across. We stayed here several times over the winter of 2017-18 and were very satisfied with everything.

This place was so much fun my kids didn’t want to leave! The staff was very nice and helpful for all of our needs. There was a great array of sites to choose from for all kinds of RV’s. They had a great selection of amenities for all of our basic needs. The state fair was exquisite! There were so much fun activities and attractions to do that we not only had a blast it was really relaxing. The location was nice as it was easy to find and there was a lot of great places to shop and eat that was only a short drive away. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
