I tried to book online for the same day and was put on hold for “approval” although there were sites available. A little while later I had heard nothing but arrived at the site and was told I would have to pay in cash that there was no knowledge of being able to book their facility online. I immediately sent this message: Cancel my request for the site. We have arrived and paid in cash. The next day I was changed with the bill even though I sent the message letting them know we had arrived and paid cash. These people are dishonest because now I have been charged for a stay I already paid for in cash despite my notification ro cancel the request for that very reason.
