Nice looking park on the outside. But it is way overpriced for what you get. The electrical is as old as the park and is only 30 amp. You are lucky to even get that. In the summer the power goes out constantly because of everyone running their AC units. You can only run one ac unit at a time and need to turn it off when using your microwave or coffeemaker. The current manager and maintenance person should not be in the positions they are in. They do nothing. There is constantly garbage by the dumpsters and in the back paid parking area that is never cleaned up unless the tenants do it. There is glass in the road ways that is never cleaned up so you have to watch where you walk your dog(s) so they do not get it in their paws. The manager drives around in his truck all day without looking around and seeing that things need to be done. The manager has "friends" in the park that he gives extra special treatment to and who do not need to follow the rules that the rest of the tenants do. They pick on certain tenants and others can do whatever they want and have as much stuff (junk) on their site as they want. You must keep up your own site (weeding, mowing the grass, raking leaves etc) and even make sure the roadway in front of your site is clean so that the manager & maintenance person does not need to do anything. We pay for their homes and paychecks but we need to do all their work. There are sheds on the sites that are falling apart but the park will not replace them. The fences are falling apart and they do nothing to fix them. There are lights out that are for safety yet they will not fix them. They only want your money they do not want to do any upkeep on the park. This is also not a kid friendly park. There is no where for kids to play safely. Most RV Parks have a grassy area where the kids can play. Therefore your cars, RV, outside decor will be played with, climbed on, climbed under, hit with balls ,frisbees etc. Unfortunately RV Parks are few and far between in California so they will always have people staying here and will be able to charge whatever they want.

This is a very decent park, with a lot of spunk. The staff was very laid back and very helpful. They made sure we were very welcomed and had no issues in anything we set forth doing. The park itself was really clean and nicely built. It was easy to navigate and find everything, especially the facilities. The showers were really nice lots of hot water and pressure. They offered some nice amenities like pet friendly and big rig. It was a relief to see so many spacious sites for my rig. It’s in a great location that it doesn’t matter what you want the drive won’t take long to get there. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
