This park is definitely "out in the boonies". Electric and water at each site and a dump station near the exit. There are primitive tent sites that have a fire ring, benches and a near by porta-a-john. They do require a little bit of a hike to get there. If hiking is your thing, there are two relatively long -over 5 miles each - nature trails - and they are rugged. The hills are not typically what most think of as being a Florida style terrain. The road into the campsites is rough and the sites have trees that make it difficult to get into many of the spots. When one enters the camping circle the sign directs drivers to the right. This makes every site a blind back and in some cases an extremely difficult entry. If we return we will go to the left and not deal with the blind back. The place is small and not at all busy, so this would not be a problem. Showers were clean and adequate. The ranger on duty was very friendly and informative. He stopped by the campsites to see if anyone needed anything. We were there middle of the week in September and only 4 of the 30 sites were occupied. When we left Saturday morning there were still only 8 or 9 other campers. Now that we have figured out the best way to set up, we will probably return. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
