Vehicle Policy

All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. The speed limit is 10 MPH.

Pet Policy

Two (2) pets are permitted per site. All pets must be quiet and friendly. No aggressive dogs allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH (6 feet or less)! Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up. Cats may not run loose. Pets are not permitted in the public buildings, lake or creek. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually). Please be courteous to your neighbors. ALWAYS clean up after your pet!! If your animal is aggressive and any complaints are made, it is the discretion of the manager to ask you to leave. There are some breed restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow and Chinese Shar-Pei.

General Policies

1. Office Hours: Monday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm 2. All guests and pets must be registered. 3. Check In Time: 2:00pm 4. Check Out Time: 11:00 am 5. Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbors during your late night activities. 6. Please do NOT change sites without revising your contract and office approval. 7. Guests wishing to extend their stay must do so before 10:00 am. Subject to site availability. May require relocation to an available site. 8. No subletting. 9. Sewer Connections: Florida State Law requires screw on connectors or “donuts” to connect sewer line. 10. No liquids of any kind to be drained onto the ground. 11. Damage: We reserve the right to charge guest accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and facilities. 12. Fires are permitted in grills and small (24” and smaller) fire pits. Please do not leave fires unattended. Ashes must be disposed of properly. 13. Fireworks are NOT permitted. 14. A dumpster is provided at the entrance of the park. Please put all garbage in designated trash receptacles or dumpster. 15. Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted in any public building including restrooms. 16. Laundry: Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room. 17. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult 18 or older at all times. 18. Pets: Two (2) pets are permitted per site. Please contact the office for your key and correct mailing address. A $25 key deposit is required. 20. Golf Carts and Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. The speed limit is 10 MPH. 21. State Law requires bicycle riders under the age of 16 to wear a helmet while riding their bikes at all times. 22. Please help us preserve the uniqueness of our site by not encroaching on the buffer areas. 23. All tenants must operate in a safe and un-threating manner. 24. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. A charge of 25% of the deposit will be deducted from the deposit amount. No refunds for early departures and no shows.

My family had a very lovely time here. The staff was very kind, affable, and accommodating. All the sites were nice and spacious and would fit a lot of rigs. There were a ton of great amenities and also a lot of fun and exciting activities. We found it all rather relaxing. The location was nice as there was a lot of great places to visit that were short distance away. Everything in the park was clean and well kept up with. Overall we had a very pleasant time and have talked about making this a traditional spot as there’s not a lot of places you don’t spend as little to get a lot.
