The park was clean and quite. You can tell the host took pride in their park. Rachel and her husband couldn't have been nicer. Yes it is in area where getting in and out with your rig is a little different but you are told ahead of time and having no sewer on site but again you are informed when you make your reservation. It never was an inconvenience they will come and dump you and they have a system worked out with the neighboring community. We loved it and it's very close to the Ark.unfortunately we had to leave a couple of days earlier than expected due to inclement weather coming in but they were gracious enough to give us credit to use at a later date

This is our second time staying and we stayed for 3 nights as we visited the Ark and Creation Museaum. We didn’t have any problems. All sites are back in. They have decent bath houses. But no wash house. They did say a new one was in the making. There is no sewer hook up at each site, you can use the dump station when you leave. The people are really friendly and helpful. The park is clean and really quiet. I enjoyed hearing all the birds in the morning and walking my dog in the evening. There is a small creek but it’s kinda dry.

Very nice little campground. Staff is very nice and helpful. We had a problem with our landing gear on our 5th wheel, and they were right there to help out. Very close to the Ark Encounter. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Great little quaint campground! Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and secluded, surrounded by large trees and hills. Very narrow access road the last 1/4 mile into the park. We passed small cars, but had no other issues. Level gravel sites with easily accessible electric and water. They offer a dump service right at your site, which we paid a nominal fee for, and saved us a dump stop on the way out. We visited the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter while here. Would have loved to have had more time to explore around the property — hopefully next time! Would definitely come back!

Very friendly helpful staff. Location is very nice, scenic and rural. A stream runs through the middle, Sites are just okay. The park has a one way loop which gets blocked during check in which is frustrating. Water was broken at dump station so it was much less sanitary. A few days of repairs, reworking entry parking and leveling sites would really make this place shine.

It’s a great little campground right off of interstate 75. The staff was extremely friendly and very courteous to all of your camping needs. We were traveling home from Columbus Ohio to Chattanooga Tennessee and it was a perfect place to stop and spend the night. Our four girls enjoyed exploring the property riding their bikes and playing in the creek. Our layover was in mid October on a Saturday. So it was perfect to have a campfire watch college football and just enjoy the outdoors. The campground had very clean restrooms and Wi-Fi. Water and electricity is included in your overnight stay. There is a convenient dump station on your way out of the campground.

Our stay was very enjoyable, considering the new ownership is making continuous improvements. Convenient to the Arc Encounter. Also enjoyed some onsite hiking and relaxation. Private ownership operation and on site, very courteous. Thank you for your courtesy. Airstream as seen on Easystreetgarage on YouTube.

Beautiful campground. Little disappointed that they had no propane and that the bathroom/shower facilities were closed

Campground Response

Thank you for staying with us! Our Bathhouses are open 23/7 each day and only close briefly a few times a day for cleaning and sanitizing. Regardless, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us otherwise. Safe travels!

We loved the camp ground. The bathrooms were nice and were only out of toilet paper for one day. Showers were hot. The employees smoke a lot. And the offices and outside the bathrooms smells really bad. Since we are allergic that was difficult. But inside the bathrooms was fine. It was just outside of the buildings. The workers were very friendly and it was a safe place. We would go back! Super close to the Ark Encounter!
