Except as otherwise provided herein, full payment is due at the time of reservation. We accept cash or Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. For guests staying longer than 29 days and using a credit or debit card for payment, there will be a 2 ½% processing fee charged on the total of the stay. These rules have been established for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Violations of these rules are grounds for termination of your reservation and removal from the park with no refund. Meadows RV Park reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time without notice. In addition to these stated rules, guests must follow the reasonable directions of park staff and host. ©2020 Meadows RV Park
The creek that runs along the RV park border is privately owned and protected. Please do not play in it or throw anything in it. Fishing is absolutely prohibited.
• Speed limit on park streets is 10mph. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM DAILY. • Site occupancy is 1 RV, 1 vehicle, maximum of 6 people (there is a charge for the 5th and 6th person). • Safety – Please use a flashlight after sunset.
Meadows RV Park is in a rural area that does not provide mail delivery service. The park office will not accept any package deliveries.
Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster and keep your site clean and free of rubbish and debris.
Your credit card will be charged for SEWER SPILLS, DAMAGES to Park Property, and Picking up Pet Waste, left on your site.
Respect for your neighbor includes keeping your site clean and free of clutter. Also, do not walk through others’ site. Noise and child’s play should not infringe on your neighbor’s enjoyment of their site
Lock bikes and other valuables up! The park will not be responsible for any loss caused by fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, or accidents. Individuals should carry personal insurance to cover any such loss. When away from your RV, please secure and lock your vehicle. Items such as bicycles and scooters should be locked up or secured. Additionally, any personal property and/or valuables left after checkout will be considered abandoned, and the park may dispose of it without notice.
Clotheslines are not permitted.
Only new, non-faded canopies are permitted as long as they do not infringe on neighboring sites. No TARPS of any kind shall serve as an awning. ONLY manufactured awnings and screen rooms, designed to attach to the RV, will be permitted
Washing or repairs to RV’s, trucks, trailers or cars may not be performed in the park.
TENT CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE MEADOWS, neither is sleeping outside of your RV, in a car, truck, or even in a screened-in room.
Toy Haulers and truck campers are welcome at The Meadows.
There are a limited number of washers and dryers available for use between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please be considerate of others by not leaving your laundry unattended in the washers or dryers. The laundry room is locked at 8:00 PM.
The consumption of alcohol is permitted on your RV site. You may walk around the park as long as you do not carry your beverage in a glass container. Please do not bring any visible alcohol containers to our common areas…instead place in a plastic cup. Do not leave alcohol unattended overnight or on your table. Do not throw your tobacco butts on the ground. Smoking is permitted in your RV, but not common areas. Please be courteous of neighbors not desiring exposure to dangerous secondhand smoke. We have chosen not to allow marijuana smoking on our private property in observance of federal law. If needed for medical reasons, please consider an edible so as not to disturb your neighbor. Public intoxication will not be tolerated.
Guest use of remote-control cars, boats, or drones is not permitted within the park.
Only those with valid state driver’s licenses may drive golf carts. Mopeds must be street legal and licensed to be ridden in the park. The Speed limit is 5 mph. Golf Carts must follow the same parking policies as registered vehicles in the park. You may ONLY park on your space. Golf carts are not to be parked by the office, laundry room, restrooms or on the street under any circumstances. Any persons deemed to be driving in an unsafe manner, driving laps, or not following the Golf Cart rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
Have fun on bikes, razors, waves and rollerblades, just don’t ride near Broadway Run. For your safety, skateboards, longboards, motorized scooters/bikes/hoverboards and kiddie cars are not allowed to be ridden here.
Aside from special events held by the park & park staff, daytime courtesies include not blocking off streets with games, keeping music at a reasonable volume (your neighbor doesn’t want to hear your radio). Keeping your personal property on your site only. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM DAILY. It simply means being considerate of your fellow RVers. If a guest is not abiding by the quiet hours rule, the host will give the guest(s) one warning. If the guest or guests do not quiet down, their stay may be terminated, and the offending quest(s) will be escorted out of the park by the Sheriff’s Department.
NO WOOD FIRES, No exceptions. You may use fire logs (such as Duraflame) or a manufactured propane fire pit for a campfire. The flames should not be any higher than 5 inches in height. BARBEQUES: Propane and charcoal briquettes are the only fuel permitted. Do not use any wood or other material that may spark. Please fully extinguish hot coals before disposing of them. Do not set a barbeque on the park table.
Pets are welcome when quiet and attended. Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure your pet’s stay is enjoyable for all. • Aggressive breeds are not allowed. • Up to three (3) pets are allowed per site. • Anyone walking a pet is required to clean up after them. A $25 fee will be assessed to any guests who fail to clean up after pets in their party. • The adjacent residential community has a no dog policy. Please keep your dogs within the RV park, on Broadway Run or on the bike path. • Pets, when outside the RV, must always be kept on a 6’ or shorter leash and under control. • Aggressive and uncontrolled pets will not be allowed to remain at the RV Park. • Barking dogs that disturb other guests are considered a nuisance, and management reserves the right to require the dog to leave in case of such nuisance, and not refunds will be given. • Pet fences may only be temporary, no more than 30 inches tall, and no more than 10 feet in length. • Pets may not be tied up and left unattended outside at any time, including in a pet enclosure. • Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms nor on any other site other than the one on which you are staying. • Cats are not permitted to roam the park freely.
The American Flag, State Flags, current U.S. Military flags, and Sport Teams flags are the only flags allowed to fly. No other flags are permitted.
Cars and Trucks: Reservation fee includes 1 RV and 1 Car/Truck that fits on your RV site. If you can’t fit your car/truck on your RV site, you are subject to purchasing a parking pass for your car/truck. Parking passes can be purchased at the office or from the host for $10 per day and must be displayed on the dashboard of the parked vehicle. Visitor Parking: Each site is limited to ONE CAR or ONE TRUCK. However, if a 2nd car will fit COMPLETELY on your RV site, you can purchase a visitor pass from the office or host for $10 per day and must be displayed on the dashboard of the parked vehicle. Other vehicles and trailers: There are a limited number of parking available for extra vehicles and trailers, available on a first come basis. Not all vehicles will fit. There will be an additional charge of $10 per day. A parking pass must be purchased from the office or host and displayed on the dashboard of the parked vehicle. We cannot guarantee that an extra parking space will be available on the night(s) of your stay.
RESERVATIONS Full payment is required at time of reservation for daily and weekly stays. Holidays and special events reservations are nonrefundable however with at least seven (7) days’ advance notice, the payment may be transferred to a future reservation. There is a $50 transfer fee. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking a monthly reservation. With at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the date of check-in, 90% of the deposit will be refunded or 100% can be transferred to a future reservation, subject to the $50 transfer fee. All transferred reservations must be used in the same calendar year.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. For non holiday and non special event stays; You may cancel up to 24 hours of your check in date and receive a refund of all but one night stay plus applicable taxes and fees, however, cancellations made within 24hr of the check in date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of two or more days. There are no refunds or transfers for unused portions of a reservations. The non refundable one night stay is determined by the first day you were to check in. No-Show – If you do not call or show up by 10:00 PM on the night of your scheduled arrival, your entire reservation is subject to cancellation and all payments will be forfeited. ©2020 Meadows RV Park
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES Check-in is 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Please time your drive so that you arrive between the check-in window. Early arrival is subject to availability and additional fee.
