Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean, park was well maintained. Everything worked as promised. Stayed 7 nights in January 2021.

We stayed for three nights in December; the restrooms were warm and clean. The only thing that could have been better was if the plowed lane for our site would have been wider, as the cleared width was insufficient for our vehicle; fortunately, the snow wasn't very deep.

A very sparse December crowd but the spots were cleared of snow. Restrooms are warm. Wifi is spotty. My zoom kept freezing. Friendly reception. Didn’t see any dog bags although they charge for dogs. Got some from the green belt.

On the plus side: This park has full hookups, is just a short distance from the 26 mile greenbelt, and the mountain views are great. It's about 5 miles from Ketchum. A few negatives: The park itself isn't much more than a parking lot and the spaces are very close together. The staff were borderline rude. Don't expect to get any TV channels from your attenna, but that is not the parks fault. It's all of the SV area. It's the only full hookup park within a few miles of Ketchum, Sun Valley.

No amenities. Shared space was too small. Bathroom clean and walking paths were great.

I called around 11am, the day of, en route, to say I wasn’t going to be able to make my reservation due to inclement weather conditions where I was camping in Montana. That was Monday. It’s Thursday, and I’ve yet to receive a call back. No one picks up the phone there. Always goes to vmail with the promise of a” return call.” Poor customer service. Cute camp site. Quaint, very modest.

We had planned to spend 10 days for the Jazz Festival, having made reservations the previous February. When the COVID-19 shutdowns began we realized we'd not be able to attend and in July we began to try contacting the Meadows. We wrote, texted, phoned for 3 months. Never with a reply. Finally we called the visitor center in Hailey and they drove by The Meadows, stopped and told them my story and then received a call within 2 hours. It still took 2 weeks after that to get the refund of our $1200. The Hailey Visitor Center volunteer told me she'd heard of many other such experiences.

The Park is nice, but the best part was that five Elk came through at 3:30 in the morning and grazed on crabapples right outside of our RV. We were in site #1. Staff are helpful and polite. The stream fishing right next to the park is good! There is a bike/hike path that goes right to the city of Ketchum and also a bus that stops near the park. Good choice!

This is one of the worst parks we have ever stayed in. Ketchum/Sun Valley deserves better. We were there for two weeks and only stayed because it is the only park available within 30 miles. The spaces are too close together and was the park was full every night. There are no amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, or tennis court. There was only one part-time attendant working who rarely answered the phone. The only good thing about this park is the location. Think Motel 6 when you thought you had reserved a Marriott. We love the Sun Valley area, but will not stay here again.

I would not recommend this RV park. We had no water for a day and when i called for a credit no one ever returned my call.

I have been at this RV park a dozen times, the location is good, however the WIFI is antiquated. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but had to leave early due to poor connections. The mps are low and the Router is antiquated. When I need to get some work done, the WIFI will not let me. This RV Park needs to invest in much faster Internet Speeds + a great Router like a Netgear Night Hawk that allows for fast Streaming.

Site was hard to level our RV. Manager was very personable. Showers needed repair. Electric heaters in bathrooms were wasting a lot of heat, when doors were left wide open.

Not much to look at, but the bathrooms were clean, stocked and warm. The proximity to the BCRD bike trail is awesome! Downtown Ketchum close by. And we saw a herd of elk right on the lawn! We had a great stay.

The Meadows is a great place to stay!! The whole park was clean, especially the shower and restroom facilities. The host was very helpful, it was easy to get to, and being so close to the river was very nice!

Tiny lots on tip of each other. So close that staggered parking made it feel invasive with the neighbors. Check in was less than friendly.

1. We have stayed here for the last 3 years...it’s starting to look a little rundown....no upgrades in shower building, landscape is sad, bad signage.... 2. Water pressure problems...not your fault, but you could have told us what was happening and especially when it went back on. We were clueless. Also the toilets were disgusting during this!! Maybe a port a potty was needed.....
