Pool Hours

10:00am-8:00pm (Seasonal)

Quiet Time

10:00 pm until 8:00 am

Visitors

Registration of visitors is required as soon as they enter the campground. Visitors agree to read and comply with the Resort’s Guidelines/Rules. Each visitor, ages 5 and up, will be charged $5 per day plus $5 per vehicle. Visiting vehicles will be parked in designated over flow areas and must have a resort parking tag visible. Guests who fail to register with the office will be asked to leave. Campground guests who fail to register their visitors will be subject to camp-site eviction.

Children

Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times so keep an eye on them please. All minors must have adult supervision at all times.

Pets

Maximum of 2 pets per campsite. NO EXCEPTIONS. No aggressive pets or excessive barking will be tolerated. Pets are NOT allowed in or around the pool areas, and pavilions. Pets must always be on a leash 6 feet long or less unless inside the guests’ RV. No structure or fences may contain your pet. If Resort staff must pick up pet waste, it will result in a $30 clean-up fee. Pets cannot be left unattended. No washing of pet bedding allowed in laundry facilities. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to persons or property by the pet. Only pets that belong to registered RV guests are allowed on property. Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets and not allowed.

Swimming Pool/Water Attractions

se of the swimming pool/Water Attractions is limited to registered guests and their visitors during the posted hours of operation. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to Dusk. No one will be permitted to use the pool or water attraction without a pass. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool/Water Attractions area. Please follow the posted pool rules. No running, jumping or diving is allowed. Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool, no cotton material allowed (i.e., Cut off, t-shirts, etc.). Swim diapers are required for babies and toddlers. No glass containers in the pool area. You may not eat or drink in the pool, beverages and food must be left at a table. No smoking in the pool area.

NO LIFEGUARDS ARE ON DUTY.

Swim at your own risk.

Laundry Room

Use of the laundry room is restricted to registered guests.

Restrooms/Showers

Use of the restrooms/showers is restricted to registered guests and their visitors. Personal belongings may not be stored or left behind. All such items will be discarded.

No Smoking

No smoking is permitted inside the restrooms/showers/pool area or any other RV Resort building. Smoking (Strict Enforcement) permitted at individual sites only. Cigarette Butts must be picked up and disposed of.

Outdoor Living Space

Do not remove picnic tables from their sites. Please close awnings, canopies and umbrellas when RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage or loss of property.

One (1) golf cart, Traditional Grill, Kayaks/Paddleboards

Prohibited/Don’ts

Tents or Tarps, Pools, Hot Tubs, Perimeter fencing/pet fences or pet pens, Clotheslines, Indoor Furniture, Open Trailers, Affixing to Trees, No ATV’s/ Mini Bikes/ Go Carts or Side by Sides, Drones, Fireworks/firearms/bow and arrows/ pellet guns, Hazardous materials

RV Policy

All recreational vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order. All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment.

Personal Vehicles

Vehicles: All vehicles (RVs, passenger automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, golf carts) must park in designated parking areas. Only Two vehicles and one camper allowed per site. Any additional vehicle is $5 a day and must be parked in the designated over flow areas. Never park in an empty site or on the street. All vehicles must have visible parking tags. The vehicle(s) may not infringe on adjacent sites. All vehicles must have valid registration, be in good running condition, and operated by a licensed driver. Vehicles deemed in poor condition: (i.e., flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows, etc.) are prohibited from parking at the Resort. Any washing of RVs or maintenance/repairs, oil changes, lubes, etc. is prohibited. Vehicles in violation of the above guidelines will be towed at the owner’s expense. Use of personal 4- wheelers, ATVs, and drones are expressly prohibited. Personal wheelchairs are allowed. Drive only on the roadways and never through an empty site. All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum. Please be mindful of your neighbors when warming your diesel engines — they can be very loud.

Golf Carts

You may bring your own golf cart! There must be a licensed driver in the front seat at ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. Golf carts may not be driven during quiet time (10pm - 8am). Rental carts must be driven by a licensed driver only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bicycles

For the safety of children, bicycle riding is welcome during daylight hours only. The use of helmets is highly recommended. Personal use of 4 wheelers, side by sides, and drones are expressly prohibited.

Campfires, Trees, and Clotheslines

Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. The relocation of fire rings is not permitted. BBQ’s and camp-stoves are ok. No cutting of trees. Clotheslines may not be hung from any trees or any of the Resort structures. Washing of clothes, dishes, or utensils in Resort bathroom sinks, showers, toilets, or pool is prohibited.

Alcoholic Beverages

This is a family-friendly resort. There is ZERO tolerance for public intoxication. If an altercation occurs, you will be removed from the park.

Tents

No tents allowed on any RV site for any reason. No exceptions are allowed.

Wi-Fi Notice

By using the Resort’s Internet Access Network, you agree that the service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of federal or state statutes/regulations is prohibited.

General Liability/Injuries

Guests of the Resort accept the privileges of using ALL Resort facilities including but limited to: the campsites, pool area/other water attractions ect… with the understanding that they hereby release The Farm RV Resort or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, family members or volunteers from any liability for the loss or damages to property and/or injury to themselves/visitors. In addition, the owner(s)/management of the Resort absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to ANY loss by fire, theft, acts of God, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. Any customer or guest destroying/damaging park or other customer’s property will be required to make restitution. If your RV has an electrical problem creating a problem with the park's electric and a certified electrician has to be called you will be responsible for the cost of the electrician’s service call and damages. The Resort shall provide utility hook-ups at the site for sewer, water, and electrical service. Guests shall not make any alteration to the electric, water, or sewer connections provided by the Resort. The Resort’s responsibility shall extend only to the point of connection and the Resort shall not have any responsibility for the condition or functioning of any pipes, conduits, or wires from such point of connection to the guest’s RV. Wastewater must be disposed of properly; no dumping on the ground. Please use the appropriate sewer connection. The Resort shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by any guest from planned or emergency shutdowns. Smoking (Strict Enforcement) permitted at individual sites only. Cigarette Butts must be picked up and disposed of. No smoking in any common areas including but not limited to rental cottages, pool area, playgrounds, laundry, bathhouse, recreation room, and outside sitting areas. All guests should be courteous to other guests; ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. Loud music is not permitted at any time. RV owners shall be responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests, and/or visitors while at the RV Resort. RV owners, their family members, guests or visitors who create a disturbance or behave in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other RV Resort guests will not be allowed to remain on the property. No generators may be used in the RV Resort. Place trash in plastic bags and dispose of garbage in the resort provided dumpsters and do not throw personal garbage in restrooms, laundry, clubhouse, or other facility trashcans. Do not flush anything in the Resort toilets other than toilet paper that is provided. Keep building doors closed. Do not tamper with the landscaping, electric or plumbing systems. Do not chase or harass any of the wildlife. No soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing or trading allowed on the park. No criminal or drug related activity in or near the Park will be tolerated. All posted signs regarding health, safety, ordinance, and law must be observed and are strictly enforced. All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the RV Resort. The RV owner will notify management should it be necessary.

Fire Safety

Fire safety is of the utmost importance at the RV Resort. A fire extinguisher must be available in your RV. Allowed: LP Gas for BBQ’s, fire pits (contained with screen) or heaters. When not in use, such equipment must be placed back in storage. Prohibited: Open flame equipment (not allowed)

THE FARM RESORT FINAL SAY

The Farm RV Resort retains the right to alter and modify any of the Rules and Regulations in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all participants. Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Violation of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to The Farm RV Resort property or threaten the safety of resort guests will result in the termination of your stay. Additionally, resort management reserves all rights to terminate guests’ stay for any reason.

UPON BOOKING, YOU AFFIRM TO HAVE READ & AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES/GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE, OR AS POSTED IN THE RESORT’S OFFICES, AND/OR ON THE GROUNDS OR OTHER SITE STATED BY THE RESORT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.
