Stayed there on a stopover for one night. RV sites are about 100 ft long, sandy and concrete patio. Good water pressure and electrical service. A few trees that provided partial shade were nice. Stayed in a 40 foot fifth wheel and would stay there again.

Their address is Lexington but they are conveniently located between Columbia and Lexington. We spent 1 month there in Aug and are returning for 3 more months at the end of Jan. Our rent was $432/month plus a refunded $200 deposit. This included full hook ups with 50amp and cable. They do not have free WiFi but our Verizon MiFi worked well. The CG is located behind a large flea market. The office staff were friendly. They don't have a store but it is in walking distance to a grocery store and some other businesses. I did not check out the restrooms. The laundry facility was small and the dryers didn't work very well IMHO. We found a laundromat in Columbia that we used. They have a pond with ducks. I didn't notice a playground. Being extended stay guests, we were on a site in the back with the other long term ppl. There are a few grandfathered in campers there however they do have a newer rule that your camper can't be more than 10yrs old. Our site fit our 31'TT and vehicles but there was no extra room. The grounds were kept nice and we didn't have any issues with leveling. The site was dirt and sand with grass surrounding. There are a few trees throughout the CG. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
