Grounds were well kept and it was the most quiet campground we have ever stayed in.

The very small beach area was infested with wasps. The pond water was murky and disgusting. They charged for boat rentals to do the 2 minutes trip across the pond and for golf clubs and balls for mini golf. There were no provided activities that they didn’t try to get more money out of the campers. There were lots of dogs. We had dogs on each side of us growling and barking at each other constantly. We do not recommend and will not go back.

Overall, this campground was attractive and quiet. The rate was reasonable. However, there were some issues. The young lady that came over to check me in tried to charge me, after I had already paid online the day before. I had to ask her for a map of the park, or I’m afraid I wouldn’t have received one. Maybe she is new to the job? It seems that she may need more training in customer service. I was busy getting things set up inside the RV shortly after we got parked, and during that time, the office staff tried to place two other campers at our site, and questioned my husband if we were the ones reserved for that site. I only used their restroom once, right after we arrived, as it was gross! I don’t think they have been cleaned, let alone deep-cleaned for some time now. I warned my family against using these facilities. The restrooms either need a gentle scrub to the toilet bowls with a pumice stone, or they need to be replaced! The showers need to be replaced, too, just on looking at them. Nasty! Was also a shame that there are no sewer hookups and they charge $6 to use their dump station. No thanks! We don’t plan on ever venturing back this way, and we will not be staying here again if we are.

We enjoyed the peaceful campground until we learned that the ‘amenities’ are not that at all. They want to charge you for everything. An amenity is included with the original fee. If there will be an additional fee, it should be stated at the time of reservation. This is very dishonest, and we don’t deal well with dishonesty. We do not recommend this campground.

I thought this was a cute and cozy campground. It was decent in size with plenty of space between sites. It was busy but quiet.. except my kid..lol Everyone was so nice. The owners were great! They had animals, a park and mini golf. They do have a pond but it isn't maintained but it's so nice and would make a great swimming area one day.

Not sure how it happened but we had the best weather for late October and the campground was perfect for what we were looking for. The campground is well located where it was a short ride to the casino. We had a great time.

Nice, clean, quiet campground. Quite relaxing, Wasn't many people there, lots of seasonal. Nice owners. Needs some updating in the bathhouse but was adequate. Will camp there again.

Cute very small campground. Nice showers. It is next to a cow farm but the cow smell wasn’t too bad. They have a few animals for a petting zoo. They looked well taken care of. Was nice that they offer WiFi. It was a bit slow but they are in kind of the middle of no where.

So quiet! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the little lake and the animals. The only problem was that you had to pay for wifi... 5$ per use per device. Otherwise, love the campground, enjoyed our experience there.

Close to Midland, but far enough away to make camping enjoyable not having to arrange for critter care while away.

Always a pleasure staying here! Friendly and quiet place with just enough activities, including a petting farm.
