Vehicle Policy

The speed limit in the park is 10 M.P.H. No trucks RVs or commercial vehicles will be allowed on lots or in driveways exceot commercial vehicles making deliveries or service calls for appliance or other repairs. All extra vehicles, trucks trailers, RVs must be reported to the office.

Pet Policy

Due to insurance restrictions, any pet over 40 lbs. or of an aggressive breed (including but not limited to; Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chows, Pitbulls, or any mix thereof) are not permitted!
