Sunset Marina at 43 RV Park

People were nice. Sunsets great. Grill on property handy with good food and service. Lots of more permanent folks. Showers not great. No mirror in the bath over sink.

Great experience. AMAZING sunsets. The cabins are clean, comfortable and everything you need to a wonderful getaway. Excellent customer service!!! I would definitely recommend.

Was a very nice and clean and organized campground. My only problem was there was no absolutely no shade. Otherwise it was pet friendly. Our dogs were fine. The other dogs were fine and all the neighbors were very nice and accommodating.

Only stayed for 1 night, but wished it had been longer. It was easy booking and they were very flexible; due to an RV issue I was running a day behind and they let me switch to the next day. Great level concrete site right near the lake. Thanks

We rented cabin 1 for out of town family. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The cabin was decorated for Christmas beautifully. When they walked in, one of them said, “it looks like a Hallmark movie “.

Spent a night here passing through, very nice park, level pads, clean modern restroom facilities. Beautiful views out over the reservoir.

We had a great time at the cabin!! The Sunset Grill had wonderful food for one night and we loved grilling outside the second night at the cabin! It’s so relaxing and a great place to spend time with family! We only forgot one thing…bar soap for the shower!

WE STAYED IN CABIN 4 AND IT WAS PERFECT HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEED VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL

Excellent location for tournament anglers, easy in and out with a private launch ramp inside the facility or public ramps across the highway or next door. Extremely friendly staff that made sure everything was great during the stay.

Nice big park with concrete sites and asphalt roads. Lots of water front and water view sites. Mostly residents in pull behinds and 5th wheels, but everyone is super friendly and nice. The sites are all back-in, but they have 6 or 7 big pull throughs under construction now. Would stay again.

Cabin 2 at Sunset Marina has a farmhouse theme. It has very nice decor, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and everything clean and looked new. We had a wonderful water view from the large windows and the back porch. The boat launch was just on the other side of the cabin next to us and we had a Pier right behind our cabin to tie up our jetskis. The 2 pools were nice and clean. The sunset grill which is within walking distance from our cabin had awesome food. The regular tenants that lived there full-time that we meet were all so nice and helpful on navigating around the area. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely return!!

Rented cabin 1 for 4 nights, the minute we walked in we knew we would want to stay an extra night. The place was super clean and the staff was super nice at the office. Only issue was the bugs at night which is expected while staying next to the water but the staff provided enough bug spray in the cabin to accommodate and if you leave the porch nights off at night it helps. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Patty, Renee and the staff go the extra mile to make Sunset a premier destination in the South. Each year I return to exciting new developments. They just opened a family-friendly restaurant on the harbor that bustles with happy customers. And the new swimming pool overlooks the reservoir and is top notch. This is a no drama, high reward facility with a sense of community that begins with quality management and attention to detail.
