Rules

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a fee, site cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. 3 days prior 50% refund. If a site is booked by a parent, friend, or associate, they are responsible for relaying the reservation information to that person. If that person does not call in and update the information on file, the person who booked it and placed their credit card on file will be charged.

Campfire Restrictions

As of July 25th, campfires will no longer be allowed. Thank you for helping us keep Oregon free of forest fires.

Cabins and Wagons

Cabins and Wagons do not currently come with sheets and blankets unless ordering glamping package. If renting a cabin or wagon, we require a credit card to be held on file, even if paying in cash.

Check In/ Check Out

Check in time is approx. 3pm Check out time is approx. 11am Please contact management if you need an early check in, or late check out. Any requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. A fee may apply.

Two Week MAX stay

The maximum stay for any camper at Sunny Valley Campground is 14 days. No exceptions. For cabin or a wagon it is a maximum if 5 days.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.

Children Policies

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park. No children under 14 allowed in the pool area without an adult.

Pet Policies

Management reserves the right to refuse certain breeds, and loud or aggressive animals will not be tolerated. Pets must be on a leash at all times unless in the designated dog park, and cannot be left outside at night, or unattended if owners are away, including cabins and wagons. One warning will be issued if problems arise with your pet. Excessive barking, off leash infractions, and not picking up after their animal waste, are all subject to eviction from park. Pets are not allowed in restrooms, laundry areas or pool facility or pool patio area. No bathing of pets in the camp sink.

Site Maintenance and Appearance

All trash must be bagged and deposited into the dumpster or recycling containers. Campers agree to keep their space clean and orderly without trash or clutter. No additional structures, fences or barriers are permitted. No cutting trees, or gathering wood on the property is permitted. Wood is for sale in the campground office and can delivered to your site.

Miscellaneous

Unruly conduct, public drunkenness, and obnoxious behavior will be grounds for immediate eviction from the premises, and will result in termination of your reservation with no refund. No guns, or weapons of any kind are tolerated. Including but not limited to BB guns and slingshots. No Marijuana can be used outside in view on Campground property. Please use discretion, this is a family park.

Vehicle Rules

Speed limit within the park is 5 mph. Park guests are permitted 1 additional vehicle which must be parked within their rented space. Repairs for damages to Campground property caused by insufficient/improper use of your RV, will be paid for at Campers expense.

Area Tips

Sunny Valley is the perfect place for a week long visit or a night stop to relax and recharge. We have many activities in the area ranging from rafting, fishing, biking, hiking and wine tasting.

We go at least once a year for the Halloween event so are children and hole family really can have not only a great time but a safe and memorable holiday. It’s packed full of fun things to do for all and we really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the entire campground is from the world trimmed trees to the spotless bathrooms. The owner is on site and always available and willing to accommodate. The Store As well Stocked call and there’s even spaces for those without campers as it offers super cool covered wagons that are very spacious cozy and well-maintained not to mention a super cool and inviting cabins that are perfect for a small family right down to the front porch swing. If u haven’t ben there I most definitely recommend it to all.

Pros - super cute, super convenient, good wifi and electricity etc. Cons - campground is VERY well lit even at night, very close to the freeway so easy to hear road noise, and the location seems like the busiest intersection in the area. Lots of muffler less cars all night long.

The only issue we had was the yellow jackets were very abundant and it made it difficult to eat outside and not be bothered by them. Otherwise it was very pleasant and nice. Will definitely come again.

Well kept property -- clean bathrooms, clean pool, corn hole, playground, bouncy house, etc. The only drawback was that it was within earshot of I-5, so if you're tent camping, you'll hear traffic all night long (which may or may not be bothersome to all).

Great site!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The grounds are well kept and clean. This was just a stopover on out trip but very glad we stopped. We were in formed of the local sites and restaurants and had good time visiting each. We ended up going to dinner in Grants Pass at Rivers Edge and had a great meal. The Wi-Fi was strong and allowed me to connect our Roku so we had great TV and streaming. I would highly recommend Sunny Valley Campground &RV park
