St. John's Campground

Rules

For all the costumers comfort and safety, the following policies are in effect. We aspire to give you an enjoyable and unforgettable stay.

Ownership and Management Rights and Authority

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. We reserve the right to make exceptions to the rules. We reserve the right to change the rules at anytime without notice.

Vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse or allow vehicles at our discretion. In general, we do not accept homemade RV's, converted school busses, box trailers or horse trailers. All RV's must be clean and presentable in appearance. All vehicles must be legally licensed, insured and in operating orders at all times. Only two vehicles are allowed per site.

Payment

All transactions can only be paid through Debit or Credit card. No cash is accepted.

Extra People

Only two adults and children under the age of 18 per site. Extra people will be charged. Please see the office for more information.

Speed Limit

For the safety of our costumers and pets, please drive at 5mph or less through the park.

Hook ups

Each site is full service with 50/30 amp electrical service, water, sewer and free Wi-fi.

Trash

Trash must be placed in plastic bags and taken to the dumpster. DO NOT leave your trash outside your camper. The dumpster is located by the roadside on exit. Please shut the lid when done.

Laundry

Laundry and restroom facilities are located in the main building. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. No clothesline or laundry hanging outside. No smoking or use of drugs in the bathroom.

Pets Policy

We only allow two pets per site. All pets must be on a leash. Don't let your pets wander into other people's site. All pets must be well behaved. Guest whose pets bark excessively, or are aggressive to people or other pets will be ask to leave without a refund. You must pick up after them, a 20 dollar fine will be imposed on any pet owner that does not pick up after their pet.

Children

Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children must be on your site by 9:00 pm.

Washing

If you want to wash your RV or car, please notify the office. There is a small fee.

Quiet Time

10:00PM - 8:00 am.

Guests

All guests and visitors MUST register at the office. Guests must abide by all local state and federal law.

Fire Pit

We provide community fire pit by the main building. No campfires are allowed on sites.

Pool

Pool is open from 9:00 am- 8:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. No running, diving or other dangerous activities allowed in the pool. No alcohol or glass container allowed at the pool. Children are not allowed in the pool without adult's supervision. Please shower before entering.

Mails and Packages

Mail runs after 3:00pm except Sunday. Please get your mails and packages from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am- 4:00 pm. We humbly ask the campers to respect the workers privacy. No knocking on their doors after business hours unless it's a campground emergency. After business hours, they are just normal campers who want to enjoy and spend their time with their family.

Pet Policy

No aggressive breeds will be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.

Tent Camping

We allow tent camping for a single night only.

Quiet nice little campground with all services. Mature trees. The lot we were in was very narrow, our neighbor's pull out was on our lot, which left very limited space on our lot for us. Some work was being done to enhance this park ex... paving the main street, adding lots? We believe it was also the reason our lot was on soil, which was very dirty. Overall, this campground will be very nice once all construction will be completed.

This place sucks. New owners are drunks and drug addicts stay away from this place. Roaches, fleas, black dirt, and leaves everywhere. Cops are always in and out of there it's worst than a Jerry Springer show.

Unfortunately this guest was Evicted for extensive reasons Threatening management with physical violence Refusing to pay rent for Consecutive months Non registration and Payment for People staying overnight Pets they didn’t pick up after And the list goes on. This guest broke the park rules and was Evicted

On the positive side: the work campers are incredibly kind and helpful. The park is currently pretty ghetto in that there are a lot of permanent residents with a lot of junk. Also, the landscaping leaves your RV with a lot of dirt and sand inside after walk7ng your dog's. However, it appears the owner's are working to fix that issue. On that note, one of the negatives is the workers they have hired are inconsiderate and leave their trash lying on the ground. They yell rather than using radios. There was broken glass empty coffee cups, etc on the ground. The most frustrating thing was that the site that we reserved WITH a site lock fee was given to friends of the owners. We were moved to a site where the workers were at our front door hollering at each other every morning at 7:30 AM. We will not pay to stay there again.

It sure would be nice if the owners could put up a couple of PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOU PRTS, behind me. ( Lot #39) I pick up after my dogs every time I even pick it up if they go in the woods behind me out of respect to the camp ground and other campers. There is 3 piles of dog poo behind my camper rite now. I have stepped in one and I don't appreciate that at all. Yes I could pick it up for who ever left it but then they would expect me to do it every time. Just PLEASE put some signs behind me so the other campers know just because it is close to the woods you still have to pick up after your dogs. I pick up after my dogs every single time because it is the rite thing to do. Sincerely Wanda Costner Lot #39

Peaceful and friendly staff! Everyone was so helpful and nice! The bathrooms are amazing! HOT showers and clean. Will definitely recommend. Close to town and parks.

A diamond in the rough. It's currently undergoing reno and needs a lot of work. Mike who runs the place is fantastic and was always quite helpful. Current residents are mostly longtime residents. But most need to cleanup there act! Our stay was great and I would recommend pending their improvements.
