I’ve been a tenant in this park since 12/18/18. When I arrived the park looked a bit more on the low income side rather than a resort of any kind. No problem for me. I’m not a diva. The “manager” seemed genuine and helpful. I agreed to pay $650 a month to rent a lot and a 5th wheel for winter. Rent invoice for January rolls around which should be prorated for December. Amount the invoice was for: $450. I pay it and do the math... prorated rent at 650/month for 12 days comes to $231. I left it alone. January statement comes: $670.....hmm.. I start asking around to my neighbors to see if anyone else was having issues.. I find our that everyone in this park is only paying $385/month... I question management.. I’m told “Everyone else here is grandfathered into that price but me.”.....? Hmmmm My sewer breaks and leaks under my house for days and the rain leaked water to my fuse box and broke my refrigerator. I put requests in to have things fixed... 10 days later after I bought a new fridge they come and put tape on my sewer pipe and prop it up with bricks... hmmm A month ago, Juanita and her daughter, property management, brought an intoxicated tenant (her brother with an extensive criminal record in abuse) with a weapon to my trailer to confront me about riding a bike through their yard... I don’t own a bike, nor do I know how to ride one. The man was angry threatening to hit me with some leather paddle on my porch. My property manager standing right there after leading him to my home.. turns her back as to not witness this man abuse me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I now as a single woman living alone have to live in fear because I can not even trust my own property manager. I do not recommend this place to anyone that isn’t coming here to die, hide from the law, or do drugs without consequence. I’ve called the police and pressed charges and it was swept under the rug. Not even a victim pamphlet or is there documentation that I pressed any charges. Turns out- management is related to the county sheriff. There have been suspicious deaths of tenants here. One death being investigated as foul play yet there was no story in any paper or any write up of the mans death. And promptly after his death they pulled his RV off the lot it was on and moved it to another. Both of my cats have both disappeared within 4 days of one another and I’ve seen others walking the grounds looking for their small pets as well. This place reeks of suspicion I have cameras on every angle of my property and live in fear here. Google missing people from Salton Sea Beach. This place is something creepy. I believe the cartel is heavily involved and in control of this area. I wouldn’t stay here any longer than needed. Attached are current and real photos of this creepy property. The RVs have no paperwork, are not registered, legal, or anything. Every contract is made personal as a ploy and wrote so that it deliberately creates confusion. Several have no windows-animals living in them There are lots of people here that make and sell meth and there are lots of wandering random tweekers. One sat outside my RV one night smoking my cigs and sitting on my step. Literally had to have to police come escort him off the property because he was so out of his mind he had no idea where or who he was. I’m very unsatisfied with the way I have been treated here and with the conditions. I’ve even had the health department come out and she was appalled by this property. No one has even apologized. And I now live in fear... there are many other places near here that are safer and managed professionally. This place is a plague. Hope this offers some insight. Namastè

Don't be fooled by the photos or the reviews the manager posted under false names - this park is disgusting and dangerous! The sewage problems are ongoing and hazardous with raw sewage flowing freely out of broken pipes, the trailers are uninhabitable and infested with rats and roaches, the photo of the swimming pool is fraudulent and the same day it was taken the water was turning green again before sunset. Even the cops don't like driving through there and both expect and experience trouble so frequently there that you could easily get shot by mistake. Bad place.

HORRIBLE CONDITIONS FRAUD NEED ST O BE SHUT DOWN AND WILL BE AND ITS SISTER PARK WI L BE NO TOILETS NO HEAT RATS ALL OVER THE PLACE PEOPLE BEING MISTREATED WE ARE CONTACTING ALL FEDERAL AND STATE AGEN CIES TO SHUT THE PARKS DOWN AND GO AFTER THE WONDERS OF THE PARKS AND ASO LOOK UP THERE LLC THE OWNERS ARE COMMITTING FRAUD WE HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION AND PICTURES AND A LOCAL TV NEWS STATION TO GET THEN M SHUT DOWN HELP US SHUT THIS RV PARK DOWN SILVER SANDS THERMAL CA.

My family and I had a very lovely stay here. The staff was super kind, helpful, and welcomed us like family there were a plethora of sites to choose from depending on what kind of site we needed. The amenities they offered gave us everything we needed for a nice stay. The park was also really nicely maintained. The facilities had a nice design and were always clean. The activities were really relaxing and there was something for all of us.
